I have never ever ever had this happen to me. The girl put me in room 4. I'm thinking the bed wasn't cleaned so I got the hives from that. And maybe they got a new bulb and the girl didn't say anything... (other locations always warn people if they switch out a new bulb and have them go a shorter amount of time.) I am now dealing with this pain days later and will probably last at least another week. My hands are so blistered and so ugly. It's safe to say I will NEVER EVER be coming to this location again. The other locations I've been to have been so much more on top of the line and taking care of the customers. This one doesn't care all they care about the sales makes me not want to buy anything from the store.
