Nothing was explained as far as pricing goes, I wanted to purchase the two spray tan package. I thought I was going to be able to add bronzer, do an extra pass on my legs and face, add rapid enhance as well as add a fragrance. I wasn't even given an option to do any of that. I also wanted to purchase lotion and do the primer before the spray tan. The only thing explained to me was how to position myself facing forward and backwards. After my tan, I went to the front desk to pay and was told everything was processed and to have a nice day. I might have to try somewhere else because this was not at all what I thought it would be. I can't even tell if the tan worked. The front desk girls were nice, otherwise I'd give it one star.

Wait times will be excessive since everyone that didn't want to pay for a full month is trying to get in their tanning at the end. They need to have a way to call ahead and get in line if you're a customer that pays for a full month. It's pretty ridiculous. Almost unusable unless you have 30-40 minutes to spare. If they want to offer bargain options, just do weekly or biweekly passes that are the prorated pricing. At least that way the customer flow would be spread out throughout the month instead of everyone trying to come during the last part of the month. I am def looking for other options.

We went in a few months ago and they said she had to be 13 (she was just a couple of days away) but the girl was super sweet and we understood. Fast forward a few months and we go back. The girl working (brianna) says "does she have an id?" I said no, she's 13. She said "oh is that the age she can do a spray tan? I'd have to check...what about a school ID?" I said "well a school ID wouldn't have her age, and the girl last time said she could tan when she turned 13". She said "you need to bring her BIRTH CERTIFICATE..."To get a spray tan? Are you kidding me? Also the fact that she wasn't even sure what age she needed to be and said she had to check with her manager but then never did.... There was a line behind us and my daughter was already embarrassed so we left. We've had no problems at European Tan or Sun Center. I would go there instead!

My pass expired and I was told that if I purchased another they would add the expired tans to that…read morewhich now no one is claiming to know anything about this. Also I paid extra for an upgrade on a spray tan to get more color, 4 hours later I had no color, the towel after was white also which should have had color on it so I went back to spray again and was told I would not be charged for that, due to having to go back again after their equipment didn't work, well that didn't happen either. I lost both my spray tans, I called and they said I used it in January which the last time I was there was August? So who used my pass? Never had any of these issues at other tanning places. I have tried to speak to the owner or a manager and I get one person telling me they will fix this and the next that is saying that I can basically kick rocks!
