An absolute dream! I have loved sitting in the salt room, red light and sauna. Each service they have is top quality.

The other staff was super sweet, especially the reception desk who worked with me to reschedule last minute. There's also parking, which is a huge plus. I didn't know before, but still found street parking only a block away. I also thoroughly enjoyed the salt room, such a cool touch. I've had massages in sterile white rooms before, but the salt room was fun. I will definitely be back.

They were friendly but not in that fake way that you see in a lot of the surface industry. I was offered a choice between tea and water and was given my paperwork to fill out. My facial with Terril was very relaxing. We went into the treatment room and discuss what my concerns were with my skin and what I was hoping to get out of my appointment. Terril was very attentive, asking questions along the way. One thing I really liked was that the table was heated because I've been having some issues with my back that make it uncomfortable to lay down so having that heated surface under my back made my appointment even more relaxing. My skin felt amazing when she was done, even though she had to do a few extractions. I was so pleased that I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for a few months out so that my skin will be able to recover from the upcoming summer months. I highly recommend checking out this wonderful little spa and I look forward to returning for my next facial.

I know I had blocked chakras after the death of my husband; I felt anxious, depressed, insecure, and emotionally unbalanced. Through weekly treatments, my anxiety and emotions were corrected. She even sent me home with little seeds glued to strategic points I could press when I became overwhelmed. I was so grateful. She also takes insurance, which was a big help for me. Cannot recommend her and her wonderful spa enough.

Had an outstanding float that brought me some mental clarity, increased motivation and relaxation…read more The whole place is charming and clean and comfortable. The check in was easy, the guidance covered the bases and things were very private. I was in tank #1 which had room to stand and a lovely shower area. I love that I didn't need to bring anything. They have it all ready for you. I was able to get the silicone ear plugs sealed well enough to keep water out of my ears, but I also used the bottle of ear rinse drops afterwards to make sure no salt dried in my ears canals and then rinsed them out in the shower. My tank ended up feeling a little too cool after being in there for an hour. I noticed it was at 95.3 degrees when I got out. I would asked for it to be a little warmer next time. Don't float if you have a healing wound, open rash, new piercing or tattoo, etc. Salt HURTS! I irritated my inny belly button while showering before getting in the tank and I was in pain as soon as I got in the tank (luckily the irritated skin healed up in a few minutes and stopped hurting, but it really sucked for five minutes). Also, don't rub your eyes while in the tank as the salt will hurt. Use the hand towel and put it on the hook inside the tank. Wipe your face with that if needed during the float Consider removing any medical patches (nicotine, hormonal, etc.) as the adhesive could come off or you could dose the water and lose medicine you need.

Float On is one of the places where I am best able to quiet those inner voices, enter into a deep and meditative state, and walk away feeling relaxed and renewed. It's my happy place. All of my loved ones have been warned that if anyone ever asks, "Hey, what do you think Nico would like for his birthday," the answer is always a gift certificate at Float On! I'm not sure if I can give any better recommendation for Float On than this!

I found out about Active Edge Physical Therapy from a friend or mine who had great results with that group and so I made an appointment with Chris Woods one of their physical therapists. I have to say this was the best experience and especially the most beneficial treatment I have had for my sciatica. I no longer have the "killer" pain running down my right leg and I have cut back significantly with the pain medication I had been taking. Chris identified my problem right away and began using deep movements, stretching, and strengthening to address the problem. Moreover, the home exercises he prescribed empowered me to improve my problem over a short amount of time and significantly improved my "body awareness." I continue to use these easy at-home exercises on a regular basis; they are life-long lessons that Chris provided specifically for my particular issue. Chris made the sessions both fun and educational too! I have to say too, that the front counter staff at AEPT are wonderful! They provided a complete report of what my insurance would cover BEFORE I started the treatment and were very pleasant to work with. Their facility is located in the beautiful Willamette Historic District in West Linn. I can't thank them enough for the the improvements they have made in my life and especially Chris Woods, thanks Chris you are wonderful!!!
