Who wants to see those people! Can't you hire people who don't look like they lost their best friend, or are totally miserable at their job. I love the Manager and Sean but really the other workers need to get new jobs or get fired for being borderline rude to customers. Try hiring people who know how to smile. Why should we have to deal with their bad heads. Jeesh. Life is tough enough when you are a senior without this. How about some customer service!

I don't agree with the other reviews in whole but I do understand that some reviews are based solely on a single event - and if I'd experience either of the extremely events I'd probably escalated my issues with management verse punching the location in the eye with an extremely negative review. If these issues were addressed properly and then poorly handled I'd state this along with my less than positive review also. For me I'm high-fiving the staff here, the store was extremely clean and well organized and they were efficient and friendly. The shelves were well stocked and the prices are competitive, there are several options to enter and exit the parking lots making it convenient. I like this location and it's likely to remain my go to Walgreens....

What I asked for and what I received were completely different. After my hair was bleached, it started falling out before I even sat back down in the chair. I immediately brought it to Nichole's attention, and instead of addressing my concern, she told me to stop touching my hair. Several hours later, my scalp was still burning and itching severely. I also pointed out that my hair was yellow, even though that was not the color I wanted. In the salon, I was told it was "just the lighting," and the lights were turned off. When I got home, it was obvious my hair was still yellow. I texted Nichole to let her know, and her only response was, "That's what you wanted." There was no apology, no concern about my scalp burning or my hair falling out, and no offer to correct the situation. If you're looking for yellow hair, hair breakage, a burning scalp, and poor customer service with no accountability, this may be the salon for you. Otherwise, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
