They would have made $320 off of me by honouring the package then going ahead and making the adjustments (taking promo down, etc), instead they will lose clientele. Customer Service goes a long way. Bad customer service is not forgotten. Also what about false advertising? I think I'll be reporting to Better Business Bureau as no exclusions were listed online.

They needed a credit card on file to book the appointment and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. In addition to RMTs, they also offer acupuncture and naturopathic treatments. I was sent a really really long history form to fill along with a consent form but despite me completing it, they were unable.to find it in the system. They gave me a shorter form to complete at the center which took less than 2 minutes to fill. The RMT was professional and focused on the pain points. The massage was dealing enough that I actually dozed off which is uncharacteristic for me. The only thing that irked me a little was that they listed the RMT as a sales rep on the receipt. Other than that, I absolutely loved this place.

I created an account online to scheduled for 11:45am, but when I arrived someone else was booked in for that time. I may have not booked properly online, so make sure you get an email confirmation. Nonetheless, the therapist was super accommodating and asked that I come back in an hour even though there weren't any available bookings for 12:45pm. I'm so glad I waited for my massage! Afterwards I was in less pain and able to move my neck instead turning my body just to look off to the side. The therapist also took the time to educate me on preventative measures with a couple of exercises I could from home. If you're the type to enjoy deep tissue massages, I'd recommend you book with Lorenzo. As for the facility it's bright and clean looking.

The facility is dated and needs more improvement. I needed a paper cup for water fountain at relaxing room, shampoo and body soap at shower. A clock in the sauna. Receptionist was very friendly since I called them booking. The body scrubber, Cindy was awesome. I had basic scrub 30 min for $60. When the booking time comes, the scrubber came to hot tub area to call the TIME, not name. If she called your TIME, head to the bed. I was wearing swimsuits but over the curtain, Cindy asked me to change paper made panty. That was awkward experience but understand she scrub every inches. I think 30 min was good enough for it. Last 5 min, she gave me quick facial with lavender infused steamed towel and gel. And neck and shoulder massage. For spa corner, I would say the salt room is my favorite. After the scrub was done, I changed to provided lounge clothes and stayed in salt room for a while. Just lay down on the mat and let the body soak the minerals. It's bit lighting down and quiet room and perfect for napping. Slightly warm but not hot like sauna. About billing. The charge was $60 for scrub. $25 for spa facility. And paid some doller for scrub mitten that you can use next time. That was fine. When I checked in, they asked me to sign the waiver and pay. That was fine too. But tipping machine showed whole cost included price. I paid the tip against for only the scrub service. Tipping should be like that.

They are very professional and they try their best to understand what part of your body needs the message. I go with the 45 mins because my plan has a cap and I am personally not sure how it works but I know if I go for the 1 hour one I will be paying part of it because its more then the national pricing. (not sure how they figured national pricing) Highly recommend this place. I have referred my sister over a bunch of other friends as well. Of course these friends all work downtown. They use the Angel of Water systems and I've been pleased with all my results. I thoroughly support colon hydrotherapy. What I no longer support. Is this place. The receptionist is lovely. The service staff are lovely. Even the dog is lovely. But the owner is a flat out liar. A week ago I was granted a complimentary session since I had referred someone who came in for hydrotherapy. At the time. I was going to purchase another package of sessions. I'm glad I didn't. The receptionist AND owner asked for a deposit. I had booked my "complimentary" session and for deposit since I didn't have the funds for the whole package at the time (luckily) the deposit would be for the single complimentary session. Reasonable of course. If you're giving a free session bc of a referral you want to be sure ppl wont waste your appt (as a business owner) They were quite insistent on leaving AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE but since I didn't have the money to spend yet, they accepted $60.90 tax included. Glad I kept the receipt. I came in today with full plans on booking and purchasing my next sessions. But literally, on the drive over, I got some devastating life changing news. I was already close to the appt so I didnt skip out. The appt went fine. It started a little late but no matter. What the issue ended up being is when checking out and apologizing for not being able to continue for a few months (again, full intention of returning) the owner lied to my face about "not knowing" what the truth was about the complimentary session and deposit. I had the receipt in my pocket even ready to refer to the amount my deposit was and she didn't even care to see it she just continued to give me the run around. Totally ignored my emotional state and all of our prior "friend like" interactions. All that, out the window. I always liked the staff. Never the owner. Just go here with full knowledge that she is scammy and slimy. Attached is the pricing they quoted me the prior week. Glad I took a photo of that as well. Don't let them scam you. Plus. Buy it off Groupon. Wait for extra discount days. You'll for sure get the best deal that way. 6 sessions (40mins) for 299 6 sessions (1hr) for 70/per session 10 sessions (1hr) for 60/per session Keep the deposit Puriin. Apparently you need it.
