The Saltroom of Spokane allows its clients to experience all the benefits of Dry Saline Aerosol HaloTherapy in a totally immersive environment. When they step into our salt room, they're surrounded by walls covered in salt, which produce a high negative ion concentration in the room. Then clients relax in an anti-gravity chair where they can breathe in the super-fine salt aerosol. All of this allows them to experience wellness and relaxation in a way that can lead to allergy relief, a boost in the immune system, respiratory cleansing, and mental clarity. History

Established in 2005.

Our family has built, operated, and improved on original halotherapy devices for over 10 years in Scandinavia. We built the first saltroom in Finland and were part of the effort to get clinical research studies on halotherapy conducted at teaching universities there. We moved to the Spokane area in 2001 and, in 2005, we built a small saltroom and have been operating it on a part-time basis ever since.

Meet the Business Owner: Laura V.

When Laura learned of halotherapy in Finland 24 years ago, she was fascinated by the possibility to help children with asthma in an effective yet totally non-invasive way. Natural living with a health and wellness emphasis is a pretty constant theme in Laura's life. And she's glad to offer a wellness option for people with respiratory issues without harmful side effects.
