I went to see Laura for a consultation. It was SO wonderful to have someone validating all my symptoms, and listening so intently to all my issues! She said it sounded like my adrenals were shot, and recommended a tincture and a tea blend to steep overnight. Within a few days, I felt like an entirely new woman! I couldn't believe what a huge difference it made! I am so grateful to Laura and her team, they are a godsend. At the end of my serves I went to pay and asked the front desk girl to make sure I was not charge for wine she never delivered. Her response "the charge is not on there" (or something to that effect). She did not offer up an apology, no acknowledgment that she forgot, no accountability taken at all. A small acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Front desk needs to take a little more pride in her work and hopefully throw out those ugly shoes that were loud as heck as she stomped across those hard floors

Be sure you have video evidence I suppose that they actually freeze your account when they claim they did to your face.
