My dog has a SERIOUS eye infection, in pain, and the Extremely incompetent Dr. Sparks did absolutely NOTHING for her. Dr. Jones and Dr. Ezel were fine. No pain medicine, no antibiotics, and a wasted $109 for "an emergency visit." Today has been an absolute nightmare in veterinary care. Please skip this place. Her eyes have been crusted over with an extreme infection. Absolutely neglectful.

However, I had heard great things about The Dog House Inc. and decided to give them a chance--and I'm so glad I did! From the start, their team was kind, understanding, and professional. Kai came home happy, healthy, and just like himself, which was such a relief. Not only are their prices very reasonable, but their customer service is also amazing. We recently had a death in the family and had to leave the state last minute. When we called, they fit us in the same day without hesitation. That level of care and flexibility meant so much to us during such a difficult time.

Manchester location rating: The staff here was just…read moreincredible while I was in emotional distress with my very reactive rescue. They did absolutely everything they could to keep us both calm and comfortable and the entire staff, including the vet informed me of everything and they took great care of my dog. The entire ordeal with my dog getting injured, being in pain and being distressed, had caused a lot of distress on my end. When we finally got my dog into the car, one of the vet techs embraced me and I just cried. She just stood there in the parking lot with me and was so kind. It's truly a blessing to know the people working here in Manchester. I wish I could have met them all under better circumstances, but considering the circumstances I met them in, I would not have wanted to go anywhere else with my dog in our time of need.
