Heres my latest story... I have had my Yellow Lab for 10 years. Bought every item for his care, his food and all my grooming from Pet Smart. In the last 2 years they have been out of his food several times. ( It had become an issue) I Recently booked a grooming appointment over the phone for the next day. They asked for vaccination info which I could not provide. I did provide them with the vets contact that I have used for 25 years. (They chose not to call) I had an important meeting that was booked months in advance for the next day. I decided to drop off the dog on the way to my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted and asked if I had brought my vaccination report. I reminded them of our phone call the day prior and asked them if they had called. They had not. It was now and issue and I did not have time to return my dog home. They then called the vet while I stood there to find out the vaccination expired 2 days prior. I expressed my extreme displeasure to the attendant and the manager and again explained that I didn't have time for what was going on. As I was walking out the door the manager said they would "let it slide this time". After all the grief I explained that I wouldn't be back and would tell everyone that cared about my experience. All they had to do was call my vet (when I called) as was done many times in the last 10 years. Their inefficiency and lack of respect for my time and was more grief than anyone should have to endure to wash a dog.

The owner Blaze is typically always working and knows everything about anything animal related. They have the best toys, treats, clothes and food your animals could need. They also always make sure to accommodate grooming/ nail clipping as soon as possible. Once they even opened on a day they were off so I could get food for my dog because he was completely out and due to his allergies cannot eat other less quality grade food. This customer service deserves a 10/10 review.

The fact that he comes to my home to groom is less stressful on my babies. He is so gentle with my girls, they love him. I love the fact they are home, not put into cages and how beautiful both of my girls looks afterwards. Also if you need a pet sitter, again your animals are not displaced they stay in your home. He understands that doing his business by going to peoples houses is easier on your fur babies as well as yourself. Seriously if you want a groomer, pet sitter or walker you will not be disappointed and once you use his services you'll keep using them. As long as he is grooming we will never use anyone else.
