I took my dog here and when I booked the appointment they asked for payment in advance of $225…read morewhich I was told would cover any extra xrays and diagnosis and al I would have to pay was for medicine if needed When i took her in I told them I think she may have a food allergy They took her in and told me her ears were infected and they needed to put some medicine in so I said go ahead later I was billed $120 for ONE drop in each ear When I picked her up the vet said she would GUESS the dog had a food allergy Then I was billed an extra $450 I took the dog to a second vet and they diagnosed her and gave her the proper medicine If you decide to deal with this vet get EVERYTHING in writing before you commit

Location was clean and welcoming. I was given a pre-invoice for payment before I even got an examination with full xrays and blood work required. I entertained the blood work and was told that there were no viruses. I paid a hefty sum for no additional information. There was no recovery plan. I returned 4 days later for a follow-up, but the staff argued with me when I simply requested a new plan for food and water. From one yelp reviewer to another - location is good, they can take you in an emergency, but I'm not really sure what kind of service I received for my money.

Every test they could muster up they did. She treated everyone of them like her own. Dogs are VERY smart and if the fight to go in, than ask your dog why. My dogs all loved to go in, questioned answered. We had the Cocker Spaniel, who got sick (brain tumor) and went blind, and Toni cut his hair just to make him feel a little better, she called in an assistant so he would fell safe, Thank You Again.social Toni looks after our Spaniel/ Lab cross and even with his Allergies and SCRATCHING a fine job was done.
