We brought in our cat who had an infection in her uterus. The Vet mike, told us immediately that we need to take out all her lady organs. He said it won't be more then 350$ total for it! So we weren't surprised as the prices always seem great here! We picked her up the next day and the total was 700$. My boyfriend wanted to talk to mike but he wasn't in! So they brought us "Carrie" the most unprofessional woman ever and she was the office manager. We explained that we were told it was gonna be that price and that we even SIGNED a paper for the estimate to be cheaper. Me and my boyfriend are never disrespectful to anyone especially a place we highly respected. The lady was getting very angry and upset and said she could take off 40$ and then get mad at mike and we said no! Don't get him in trouble and also 40$ isn't really gonna help us, no disrespect. Her exact words ." I will wave 133$ and then you can take your business else where!" I said what! We love you guys we don't want to go else where! And she said " well it's now coming out of our pockets and we have a loss now!!" As she yelled! And we said omg why did you say that to us and she kept going " we make enough money here, we don't need your money." She walked away and started yelling infront of the customers saying we just aren't getting anywhere! My boyfriend said but you just helped us by taking the 133$ off , why do we have to take our business else where?? And she was so mad and was snarky laughing and went into the back!! We called the OWNER, and we told her the situation and she said " I'm sticking by my workers side , I'm tired of bending over backwards for customers for 29 years" um what? So you give up on your business ? The reason we even called her was to just let her know, that over 133$ of them loosing she kicked is valid customers out! And the owner totally agreed !!!! This means this place is all about MONEY guys ! Not our little animals! I wonder how many other people she kicks out for other discussions that she can't handle! Guys! I never wrote reviews before but I HAD to tell you guys this because no body in that place cared about our feelings! Horrible and sad that all they care about is money! Please do us a favor by not wasting your money on these people especially if you are ever going to kindly ask why the price changed so much .. my god.

Every test they could muster up they did. She treated everyone of them like her own. Dogs are VERY smart and if the fight to go in, than ask your dog why. My dogs all loved to go in, questioned answered. We had the Cocker Spaniel, who got sick (brain tumor) and went blind, and Toni cut his hair just to make him feel a little better, she called in an assistant so he would fell safe, Thank You Again.social Toni looks after our Spaniel/ Lab cross and even with his Allergies and SCRATCHING a fine job was done. The fact that he comes to my home to groom is less stressful on my babies. He is so gentle with my girls, they love him. I love the fact they are home, not put into cages and how beautiful both of my girls looks afterwards. Also if you need a pet sitter, again your animals are not displaced they stay in your home. He understands that doing his business by going to peoples houses is easier on your fur babies as well as yourself. Seriously if you want a groomer, pet sitter or walker you will not be disappointed and once you use his services you'll keep using them. As long as he is grooming we will never use anyone else. I just moved to town Belleville with two small Yorkies. I looked her (A-1) up on the web not…read morerealizing she was based in Trenton, but everything in Belleville was booked for the weekend. I called her on Saturday and she had us booked for Sunday. She took them both at once and is extremely knowledgeable on how to deal with dogs. Usuually when I pick them up, they are shaking and hating me for taking them to the groomers, but they were happy and jumping around when I picked them up from A-1. She used a hydro-alergetic shampoo which is good as I forgot to tell her that they were alergic to everything. So great service and great pricing for my puppies. Pricing was $35-$40, well worth it.

Then I had to come back and get a health certificate completed within 30 days, prior to travel (international). 2 dogs x $150 x 2 visits = $600 just walking through the door - not really doing anything yet. NOW, I am told they are going to charge over $178/pet to sign paperwork for travel ! I am not impressed at all. It is highway robbery.
