I feel this does a great disservice to the community Bootstraps claims to serve- those in need. The community they serve also need clothes in decent condition for work- the new set up makes this unfeasible. The jewelry and housewares are also overpriced for the quality. Though I understand fully the need for revenue to keep the store alive, I think the current approach is off base for the mission of the company.
