I've called multiple times and have repeatedly been told that the office manager is "not available," with no follow-up call or email despite being told Cathy, the office manager would get back to me. Each time I call to ask for an update, the front desk staff sound annoyed and are often rude and condescending, as if it's unreasonable to ask about a refund that has been pending for weeks. Instead of providing help or clear information, there's always another excuse for why the manager can't speak with me. Very disappointing customer service and lack of communication.

They all seem to get canceled. To add salt to the injury this office makes no effort accommodate my schedule. They are the ones who canceled not I. You would think they would try. Nope. Next opening is in two months. Basically they are saying bend to their will and comply. Wait I thought it is my money (insurance) that pays them. Don't they need customers to pay the bills? I guess they don't need money. Must be nice. Not to need money.

Nice, kind nurses who bring warm blankets; doctors who take the time to explain what to expect. I always have difficulties waking easily from anesthesia but no one got upset with me or rushed me. I recently tried to get a prescription filled on a Thursday before a long weekend; however, there was a glitch and it never got sent. I called on Saturday and left a message with a covering physician who said there was not much she could do until Tuesday but that she would contact Dr. Zabik, (very nice thing to do). Later that day, Dr. Zabik called my home and left a message that she had called it in for me. I did not ask her to do that but she did it because she is such a caring physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Zabik and this practice.
