I decided to go with them because they had the cheapest prices for the rims I wanted. I met with Rudy, who seem cool. Rudy did a lot in the beginning to help with trying to find me some rims for my truck. It was a hard find due to the type of truck I have. It was frustrating being told to come back to the shop or sending me across town to a shop he said had rims for me only to find out the rims did not fit. Finally I went back to the shop after being sent 40 miles from my house to see what is the next option. Mind you I already paid money for rims that we thought would fit, but did not fit. Rudy told me, "If there is any extra cost, don't worry about it because you have been patient with us." So I met with one of the managers or assistant general manager by the name of Keith. He seemed cool as well and seem as if he wanted to help me. After being there for 4 hours, because they are hella slow, they finally ordered me some rims. THERE WAS NO TALK OF AN ADDED COST! I called periodically for 2 weeks and I was always told they would call me back after they check the eta, but no one would call back. Finally after 3 weeks Rudy told me the rims are in. Rudy NEVER told me there was an extra charge of $328.00 due to the rims were a little more expensive than the ones I purchased. I went to the store and Rudy was not there. I arrived at 11:30am and he pulled up at 12:30pm. I was there for an hour before the manager tried to put the tire on the rim, but didn't look like he knew what he was doing. So he took the tires and rims to the shop in Marietta. After 2 hours of being there, Rudy finally began on the paperwork and told me there was an extra charge. I told him bullshit it is. He tried to tell me he told me on the phone and I told him he never mentioned an added cost. He then called Keith whom I overheard on the phone tell him he told me there would be an added cost when they ordered the rims. I said loudly he did not tell me there would be an added cost. He then said loudly I was lying. Bottom line is if you want to deal with laziness, lies, no staff, bad customer service, then that is your place.

But they charged me a lot of money! This place is not trustworthy and if you have a high-end car, they will charge you based on that high-end car and not fix the problem. I am not sure what the problem is with these people (maybe they don't like certain people) but something is suspicious about them. I contend that they didn't switch out the parts and just charged me for that issue because you will have the same problem. You can take your chances with them but I would look into another place to avoid the risk. I am not sitting here and the problem has gotten worse. Although I called to complain yet again, they were comfortable with me just contacting the authorities to try to resolve the issue. Make up your mind about using them, but in my opinion, I wouldn't. "They won" in my case, but caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware). Your money is hard-earned so go to someone you trust. Or, just take your chances!

*** DO NOT GO HERE; OWNER QUOTED ME $100 TO FIX A FLAT!!!***…read moreEncountering a rumble of nose on my way to work & my api sensor popped on...I got out my car to notice my air was fastly seeping. Instead of waiting for roadside service, thought I would hurry down to this neighborhood tire shop. Upon arriving around 8:38am, since the tire shop was closed I went inside the gas station which is attached to the tire shop...to ask what time the Tire Shop opens? Guy behind the counter said, the owner opens up at 9:30-10am and the 2nd gas station guy said between 10-10:30am. I went back to my car & sat in my vehicle to wait for the owner to come open up the shop. At 9:45am the owner arrives, as he was about to pass my vehicle I asked was he the owner of the shop and he replied, Yes. I happily clapped with excitement in hopes that he can get me back rolling quickly and I could be on my way to work. Sadly, the service here was not up to par...before the guy even looked at my tire...he came to my window & asked "What can I do for you?" I said o have a flat & pointed to the tire with the objective in it that he needed to look at. He immediately, said, "That will be $60!" In my head, I was like...well dang, you didn't even look at the tire. I was like ok, whatever I have to get to work so, I would if paid it. I got out the car, walked around car & he looked didn't see it so, I pointed to the object after he took the tire off. He again, immediately said, "That's going to be $100!" Shocked...I just knew he did not go from $60 then upped it to $100 TO FIX A FLAT!!!! I was like if he think I'm a dummy to pay $100 to fix a flat he's crazy! I said, well how much to put my spare on, he said $15. I said put my spare on! He put my spare on and I manage to go to Discount Tires where I purchased my set from. How about Discount Tires told me...this tire could not be fixed & it wasn't safe for them to repair it because, it would take long for the air to go out or worst! They recommend I get a new tire & they offered $66 toward a $122 tire. Now you you the owner of this shop should be a shame of himself for: 1.) Attempting to get over on a lady (or any customer for that thought) 2.) Putting my life and vehicle at risk for telling me he could fix a flat for $100 If this is the type of business you are offering we don't need your business serving us! Again, if you need a tire shop you may not want to go here if he charges $100 to fix a flat! I bought a brand new tire for $122 from Discount Tires (as a matter of fact I ended up just getting a whole set of tires). If to fix a flat is $100...then dang...how much for a new dang tire...$450?????
