I visited this AutoZone after my windshield wiper snapped off while driving. Since it was raining…read moreout, obviously I was in a rush to get it handled and this AutoZone was closest to me. I went in and asked the gentleman (Jose!) at the counter for help and he quickly sprung into action, grabbing a pair of wipers that fit my car. Now, he did choose some that I wasn't willing to pay for without my bf checking on them lol. But they were probably the best for my car so I appreciated it! When I told him this, he quickly replaced them with some basic ones without any fuss or push to upsell me as some folks would. Jose agreed to put the wipers on my car with no issue. He even let me bend his ear about the possibility that my broken wiper had scratched up my window, checking on it as soon as he went out to my car. Luckily I was incorrect and he assured me that it was probably just a deep print from the moisture that would go away. He quickly replaced my wipers and gave me a cloth to wipe my windshield later if the mark wasn't gone. So appreciative of Jose's help!

I purchased items for my mechanic to do my brakes. At the time, I didn't know if I needed rotors…read moreand calipers. So, I purchased brake pads, rotors and calipers and made sure the items could be returned if I didn't need them. Well, I only needed the brake pads so I returned everything else-WITH RECEIPTS. When I returned the items, I received a printout that basically said I wouldn't be able to return anything to AutoZone for 180 days because I returned all of that stuff. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT AUTOZONE EVER AGAIN. It's not like I stole the ish.

We brought our Jeep in about a week ago for an oil change. While we were there, we specifically…read moretold your team that we were about to leave on a road trip and needed everything double-checked to make sure the vehicle was safe and ready to travel. One week later, we left for that road trip and almost immediately received a low-pressure notification from the vehicle. We turned around, went back home, and found oil all over our driveway. We are now sitting at a Firestone waiting for them to fix a leak at the oil drain plug that was completely ignored by your technicians. Furthermore, the only oil they found in the vehicle seems like old oil that was never changed in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. We did exactly what responsible customers are supposed to do. We brought the vehicle in before a road trip, clearly explained the situation, and trusted your staff to do the job properly. Instead, we are dealing with a potentially serious issue, a ruined travel day, oil on our driveway, and the added time and expense of having another shop inspect your work. You have lost us as customers permanently. I also want to be very clear that I intend to make sure people know exactly what happened at this location. I will be sharing this experience honestly and publicly because I do not believe people should trust a shop that sends a customer out the door after an oil change and "road trip check," only for that customer to find oil leaking all over their driveway a week later. This was careless, unacceptable, and completely destroyed our trust in your business.
