They lost me as a customer tonight. While I was out around Town Center Mall, my truck's battery…read moredied. I was able to get it jump started, and called this Advance Auto Parts store en route to ensure that they had the correct battery in stock. The man on the phone said that they had batteries, but would have to look at my truck before they could commit to installing it, since it could take over 30 minutes (per the message in his system). Upon our arrival, the employee I spoke with looked up the batteries they had in stock and proceeded to tell me they could not install it due to the system reset it would cause (and there was no sense looking at it). I explained that I would not have drove all the way to this store (on a jump) if there was no chance of them doing the install at all per the system response. I explained what I was told on the phone, and I was told that they don't know who I spoke to. I asked for a manager and I was told that there was none on duty (which is inexcusable). Basically, I was lied to on the phone and no accountability was taken by the store. I've had several batteries in both of my vehicles installed here before, so I'm not sure why they're being instructed not to do so now. I'm not sure if the breakdown is between the management, the employees, or corporate, but whatever it is, I will never be returning to any Advance Auto Parts store after this incompetence.

I went to the dealership yesterday because my tire pressure was low on my left rear tire. After an hour, they came back and said I had a slow leak due to a nail and they could only REPLACE it for $507. I said no thanks and walked right out. (My car is 60 days old w/ brand new tires soooo no). Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 am. I drive up to Smyrna Tire, park, jump out and tell them what I was told. They said they'd check pressure on all and see if they can patch the hole. Great! Welp. They actually found 1 nail in my left rear and 2 nails in my right rear tire. (Either I have enemies or I need to watch how I drive cause sheesh). On top of being thankful, I'm impressed and grateful. Had I bought the replacement tire, I would've had to turn around and buy another one days later PLUS I'm hella disappointed that after sitting on their lift for an hour and doing the extra ridiculous soapy test, BMW couldn't see that I had multiple nails across both tires. Anywho. In case you're still thinking of going somewhere else for any of your tire issues. Don't. I've found my forever shop and I'm positive I won't need to go anywhere else. Side note: I've been here for about 40 minutes and my car is almost done. Yay! There's also a very steady flow of customers and they are getting them in and out as much as they can.

Even though they completed the paint correction, I now have new issues that I have just noticed since washing my vehicle 2 weeks after picking it up. Don't get me wrong, the car wash shining like it should've been when I took delivery of it, but it's the minor issue that I am left with now. After washing the vehicle and drying it down, I noticed a lot of blue marks along all 4 fenders. There's also some blue and white spots on the paint that no matter how much I washed and wiped over it, they will not come off.

Had to wait a full month for my appointment the day before, I get a message to remind me. I informed them that the tow truck will be delivering my car. Then they decide to look at the pictures and informed me that they will cannot work on it and to find a different place and immediately and the text conversation after. Essentially leaving me stranded. So I get a ride over to their place them in person what I need to do to get my car fixed. They were less concerned about helping me and concerned about Ensuring they did not admit any guilt. Essentially being defensive and protective. Rather than just seeing me as a human, it was just looking for help.

One week later, we left for that road trip and almost immediately received a low-pressure notification from the vehicle. We turned around, went back home, and found oil all over our driveway. We are now sitting at a Firestone waiting for them to fix a leak at the oil drain plug that was completely ignored by your technicians. Furthermore, the only oil they found in the vehicle seems like old oil that was never changed in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. We did exactly what responsible customers are supposed to do. We brought the vehicle in before a road trip, clearly explained the situation, and trusted your staff to do the job properly. Instead, we are dealing with a potentially serious issue, a ruined travel day, oil on our driveway, and the added time and expense of having another shop inspect your work. You have lost us as customers permanently. I also want to be very clear that I intend to make sure people know exactly what happened at this location. I will be sharing this experience honestly and publicly because I do not believe people should trust a shop that sends a customer out the door after an oil change and "road trip check," only for that customer to find oil leaking all over their driveway a week later. This was careless, unacceptable, and completely destroyed our trust in your business.

No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when they are already dealing with a stressful situation. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store.
