The selection of dresses is truly amazing with representation of good brands from the 70s-early 2000s, lots of sizes, and variety of patterns. The quality and upkeep is clear in every piece. They also have a good selection of jewelry, jeans, and tops which I'll be coming back for. The owner clearly takes a lot of pride in the store as it is beautiful and clean. She also mentioned that all pieces are carefully dry cleaned and ironed; making them great additions to any wardrobe.

Only saw two employees on the floor who were wearing masks and made sure all customers were wearing masks as well. However, there were no social distancing markers on the floor anywhere but two yellow strips leading up to the cash register. Also, there weren't any foot traffic markers to help guide customers through their narrow aisles. They have a wide selection of apparel and knickknacks but wasn't too organized. All in all, not the worst Goodwill I've been to but they could have done more to emphasize social distancing and COVID-19 policies throughout their store.

ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING that isn't worth throwing in the garbage is priced at $10-30. Today I saw a USED t-shirt for $13!!! $13!!!!! You can goto Walmart and target and buy 3 brand new shirts for that price!!! This store is ridiculously mis-managed when the pricers see anything in the men's section with a Nike swoosh on it and automatically put a $25 price tag. I will not return to this store because I've left empty handed about 10 times since coming here. Not because I don't find anything, but because any shoes that are "good" are $30-50, and shirt that is "good" is $7-13, and any other men's clothing item that is "good" is $10-30. Keep in mind goodwill gets these items for FREE. It's so incredibly obvious you guys went "for profit" but you should be a little less obviously in your transition for being "for the community" to "for lining our pockets." Wish I cold rate 0/5 stars because that's what they deserve for the pure exploitation of pricing.

Got it... doesn't make a lot of sense/ is pretty illogical. Not being able to try the clothing on in the store would be no big deal except that they don't allow for full refund returns. Only store credit. My issue here is that if you are not allowing people to try clothing on then you have to allow for full refund returns to only offer store credit makes no sense. I only visit goodwill once a year, if that, so would really have no use for store credit. I even offered to bring the dresses back that same day I just wanted to try them on first. At this point I think a lot of organizations are just using the pandemic as an excuse to provide poor customers service.

A completely different experience from a week ago when the store was normal. When I asked the nice gentleman working the register about it, he said that they had just installed a bunch of air fresheners in the store to satisfy a new directive from corporate. How insane! This is an absolute shot in the foot for this business when 25% of the population is chemical sensitive. A figure which has doubled and tripled in recent decades. At present, shoppers are masked up in response to cases of the Delta variant spiking, gettin less oxygen. Then, to have to also have to tolerate chemicals in the air is a little bit much. Someone pls check corporate for androids. We still breathe air.
