The store manager, Jenn, who has no business being in retail let alone a manager, was beyond rude and denied the return. When I called the complaint number on the receipt I got Ericka who couldn't have cared less. There are no extenuating circumstances. Mind you, we are talking an EXCHANGE for about $15 on a $100 tab. Plus the thousands I have spent and donated over the decades. NEVER again will Goodwill get one penny from me in sales or donations. Great job. I hope that $15 was worth it to you.

That could be good or bad depending on your preferences. They had a pretty large selection and the quality was good except for the shoes- most were too worn for me to consider. A note here that the Salvation Army is a Christian organization. They played religious music in the back of the store.

There actually are two stores here; one handles slightly more upscale items for around $25 each. Especially for people perhaps losing weight and in an intermediate size, the price is right! I mostly shop for clothes and they have a great shoe section and a well organized bag section. There are no changing rooms here. The bathrooms were clean and nice but you do have to walk through a staff area to get to them. I found some really great pieces here! Some Value Village tips- think carefully about which day to come. Mondays and Thursdays have 25% off sales but they are busy. Weekends are busy too. You can always get a 20% off coupon if you donate. Also, since there are no changing rooms wear something close fitting so you can try on clothes over what you're wearing.
