I wrote the following letter to their national customer service dept. A manager was not around to hear my concerns and after several phone calls where you are forced to leave a message, I wrote the following correspondence from this horrific experience. Racial sensitivity should not be on the training or customer notification! I have not heard a word. That's unfortunate considering what their shoes cost! I will definitely be rethinking my brand loyalty! I am writing to formally bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding highly inappropriate and offensive behavior that I have observed within your store. On Sunday, February 23rd at approximately 2:30 p.m., I was shopping in the above company store.. As I was shopping in the women's shoe section, I was being assisted by a young African-American man named Keon (forgive any misspellings please). While letting me shop he became engaged into a conversation with one of his colleagues named "Cyrus" where Cyrus began to ask him what was acceptable to him in conversation. "You don't mind being called Black do you?" Cyrus asked. "What if I called you a nigger? Would you mind that? he further inquired. He simply said before I could make it around the corner to the front of the store where they were talking, ""No, I don't think you should say that." I applaud him for his demeanor. At that point I could no longer stand aside and I said, "I would and am offended that you would even say that." Cyrus apologized and said he didn't mean anyone to hear that. However, for anyone to hear that in a workplace as a colleague or a customer would contradict any decent company's values of fairness, respect, and inclusivity. Incidents such as these are a form of harassment and actions such as these have created an uncomfortable and unfair work environment, affecting employee morale and productivity. And this is what I heard among your employees one to another. No telling what that poor man may have to endure outside of the public's eye. I believe that addressing this matter promptly is essential to fostering a more inclusive and respectful workplace that your customers can be proud of. I kindly request that management conduct a thorough investigation into this issue and take the necessary steps to ensure that all employees are treated equitably and in accordance with company policies and legal standards. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and am confident that the company will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. I never write bad reviews, but this time I had to. The three times I've been to the store every time same HORRIBLE service but today just pushed me over the edge. I understand that the salespeople are overwhelmed especially around the holiday season but the job is to tend to customers. I asked multiple salespeople to help me with a pair of heels but it took 20 mins of me asking to the point asking them "to do me a favor" and check. Then I see a bag I like with no tag in it nor on it, I kindly ask a saleswoman to assist me and she pushes me away and says "it's in the bag". Then tells me to "go ask another rep" while she's going through her customer receipts. I respect the job and understand it's tough, but service should be #1 when I'm about to buy a $1500 bag and $500 shoes. Great prices considering the fact that is an outlet. They had so many deals that the lady who took care of me told me. Whom by the way was so nice. They had my sister's shoes ready for her at the time and date agreed. read more

To be honest I have purchased shoes here in the past on a number of occasions and they have had a much larger selection in the past. Additionally, they had quite a bit more availability with respect to sizes as well. I am a pretty big guy and tend to always find my sizes, so I was a little surprised. Plenty of options for the ladies from what I could tell though. They really need to improve the stock as I was really not impressed but I will come back in the future. Hopefully there will be more men's shoes and belts available in the future. I also want to say that the staff were very courteous and helpful. Giving it a two stars due to the lack of options and sizes that were available but the service was five stars guys. read more

Last month we had visited this Ferragamo Outlet and the service was less than desired from an older lady sales rep. But yesterday I was greeted by a sales rep named Shelly and she was great, helpful and patient. There were plenty of women's shoes and handbags to choose from. The quality is top notch and the selection isn't bad unless you're looking for something in a somewhat offbeat width like an extra wide. The prices are also good. I saw a pair of shoes, the exact same as I recently saw in New York for $875 stickered at $475 which represents a significant savings that amounts to more than just a little discount. As for any other accessories in the men's section, forget it. It's basically a shoe store. Having stopped by the Ferragomo store off Piazza di Spagna, Rome, I might also add that the prices for Ferragomo are generally less throughout the United States than in Rome, but far less at Sawmill than anywhere else I've located. read more

Incredibly rude stuck up salespeople. Plenty of high end outlets here like Gucci, Canali, Armani, but they deliberately make people wait extra time to enter and slow walk to try to create a sense of it being a Privilege to be there. All other high end stores manage lines much better, and they literally try to act faux upper class. Mediocre discounts. read more

The worst service I have ever meet. Staff is not paying attention. My husband and I were waiting for 45 min to be served. It turn out the salesperson brought not what I asked to try. It is strange that if you want to leave a couple thousand dollars in the store no one cares. I noticed it was not a bad traffic of customers, so I don't understand that weird attitude. read more

This place is never open. Hours show open until 9:30 like the REST of the mall. Showed up once at 8pm, not open. Called another time , staff said open til 8pm. Showed up 7:30, closed. Drive to Sawgrass specifically for the store twice, won't be attempting a third read more

If you are looking for a pair of Ferragamo shoes, their outlet store at Sawgrass Mills Mall is a great place to shop. The discounts aren't huge, but what do you expect for Ferragamos. You'll find both men's and women's shoes and a very friendly sales staff. You can do some serious walking at this mall, so make sure you wear comfortable shoes. For parking, the Designer Outlets are on the South East side of the mall. There is valet parking. read more

Three stars because the selection of items truly is great, unlike theirs customer service! The lady in the mens shoe section was very unprofessional and rude to many of the customers that were there. I understand that at times you might get overwhelmed but that's no excuse to treat people the way she was. After seeing her attitude and the way she spoke to others I decided I rather spend a couple extra hundred bucks and get the actual service I need if I'm going to be paying 400 or more for a pair of shoes! read more

This store has fine apparel and footwear, but the discounts weren't all that impressive in my opinion. I will admit they have some of the nicest men's shoes I've ever seen, but even after the discount the price was still high. I guess you get what you pay for. What really surprised me was they still process credit card orders the old fashioned way, using a hand operated credit card reader. I received a receipt later that day by email but I still think it's a huge liability to process credit card orders like that in this day and age. They also didn't have the shoe size we needed in stock so we had to have it ordered from another store and shipped to our house at an additional cost. I can't dispute the quality of the product, but they really need to get with the times. read more

This store is a joke. They don't allow more than 4 people at store because of covid but they let you wait in a huge line where people don't keep social distancing and coughing at each other. The management should think about that. read more

The store has a small selection for women but a nice size selection for men. The atmosphere doesn't feel very friendly or inviting. It is the last call items so there is no returns or exchanges of any sort. However, my husband bought me a pair of heels for Valentine's Day and they were a size too small. The manager allowed me to do a one exchange for a bigger size so I really appreciated that. read more

I didn't even go during a big sale and I still feel I got some great deals. $1,600 ostrich leather shoes for $475! How could I say no to that? $600 white loafers for $215? Amazing! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY SELLING THEIR FAKE SALVATORE FERRAGAMO SHOES Don't believe this company with their prices. The shoes never were between $400 - $500 dollars, (the real ones of course are) but these are not real. Fake, don't fit, cheap and nasty. I have contacted Lisa from this company many times to ask for a refund, but they refuse to return my money to me. She just sends her silly message that make no sense at all, "Dear Friend, you want refund, you return shoes". As if I can trust them any further. I came to look for a men's wallet, they did not have any in stock (not even money clips). Obviously the quality is really good because of the name brand, but selection is very limited and did not have shoes in my size either. I went to have my lace up shoes sent off to be repaired waited in line for 10 min, while there were sales associates available, no one helped until Katerina was finished on her sale. I explained to Katerina the reason for my visit today and she replied she would return. She walked away not to find out additional information, but to help another customer who walked in after me. At this point, her manager approached me to make sure I was being helped. I told the manager her sales associate walked away apparently to help another customer because my transaction had no impact on the sales associates commission the level of service I experience is SUBPAR. Subpar, meaning extremely below average, to say the least. I then gave the sales associate a chance to redeem herself by attempting to purchase a pair of loafers which were on sale. She grabbed the shoes from the back, dropped them off, and then just left to assist another customer. When I told her I was ready to checkout she told me to hold on as if I wasn't first in line. At this point, I told her manager I was not going to purchase anything. Because I was wearing shorts, a baseball cap, and sneakers I felt I was profiled, hence the reason for the unsatisfactory level of service I had to experience first hand.
