I have suffered with back pain for years from multiple bulging discs and sciatica. I had been treated with traditional manipulation and stim therapy. I had the worst TMJ flare up ever due to a dental procedure. I went to my pcp and she referred me to Dr. Sal... the ladies that work there were awesome and was able to fit me in the same day on short notice , very professional manner and they explained everything (they even have most of the paperwork we all hate as a link to download and fill out before the visit) , Once I met Dr Sal I knew I was in good hands ,after using cold laser therapy and the graston technique I immediate felt a difference.... after my 3rd visit I would say I'm at 90%, he even treated the neck pain as a result of the TMJ flareup.. he also has a onsite massage therapist and she awesome...neck has never felt better.... I was referred to Dr. Germino by my primary physician. I am very happy that I was. Between the staff at the front desk to the massage therapist and Doctor Germino, they provide the best professional services and make you feel very comfortable within the atmosphere. The office is very clean and even have great soft background music for you to listen to in every room. I have referred my family and friends to his office and continue to go there til this day. I also like when you make an appointment you are seen on your scheduled time and everything is prompt (NO WAITING). If you need to reschedule you do not have to wait two weeks or so to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Salvatore Germino and his chiropractor office staff. When I first started going to see him I had terrible lower back pain and inflammation. I even walked with a slight limp. I've been seeing him twice a month for the last 6 months and I feel great. I had relief after my very first appointment and improvement each appointment after. Dr.Germino is thorough and genuinely cares for his patients. He has tools available for patients to use at home, I highly recommend the back brace he sells. I've been seeing Dr Germino for a year now and from day one he made me feel very comfortable. I have a physically demanding job as an OT that requires me to spend a lot of time working on the floor/mats with children. It was difficult for me to do my job when my back and neck were hurting me basically every day. I highly recommend picking Dr. Germino as your future chiropractor because you will see results! In my case, anytime I would retract my shoulder, there would be a lot of crack sounds and I was always in pain. Dr. Germino used what is called  rapid release therapy on my shoulder and after the first session, there was not a sound coming from my shoulder when I would retract it. I am still a work in progress because I still have pain , but not nearly as much as before. I went there to see Dr Germino three times, I feel absolutely perfect now even though I was told people usually need 6 sessions to feel better. Very lovely doctor and his massage therapist Kristin does magic to my neck.. Month ago I did something to my neck and I was in terrible pain since then. I went to Urgent Care for advice and x ray. They gave me bunch of pills to take. I did not use them, I used Dr Germino's skills instead. I had neck spasm and possible pinched nerv. And doctor fixed my neck without those meds. I had been going through pain due to sciatica for about 2 weeks. My pain doctor gave me some trigger shots and they did nothing to ease the pain. I went in experiencing pain/discomfort like I hadn't in years, not since my original injury while in the military. Before being treated by Dr. Germino I was unable to get up from a sitting position or from bed without extreme pain because of spinal stenosis and sciatica. I felt better after the 1st visit.
