First week open. So we walked in and it was busy. Many employees obviously learning. Ordered 2 "super slices" which is essentially 2 slices of pizza in the front case. They looked good. Paid $15.00. Got in the car, and the slices are stone cold. They were about four people and a manger teaching in front of an oven, not worth waiting to have them heated up and we were going home anyways. The white pizza had a nice taste, flavorful crust. The cheese and pep. Had a perfect sauce. Like the char cup. I would definitely try again by ordering a pizza. But for price of slices. Please ask if the customer wants them warmed. read more

Ive noticed that wait times have gone up every time we order. Yesterday, it took almost an hour. The food is always good though and yesterday we tried the $10 eggplant Parm with spaghetti and their big garlic, cheesy bread.. Ordered a med pizza pepperoni only and a med. Italian mixed sub no extras but normal lettuce and tomato, Italian dressing. Was charged $40.00. To be fair, I did s have it delivered on Christmas Eve. I thought it was very expensive for a med pizza and med Italian cold sub( which was in pieces when tried to eat. It just fell apart. I was disappointed in the whole experience. I had a coupon for a sheet pizza with pepperoni @ the Batavia location. Coupon was worth $10 discount that was online with a code. I believe it was the owners son, he refused to honor the coupon & offered me another BS deal worth $4 off and stated they can't honor it and miss communication! I showed him my cell and how the coupon was still online, he again was rude "miss communication" and he walked away! I called the Brockport's location, the very nice man stated "Yes were honoring the coupon!" I also reported him to the franchise and never heard back! This was about two months ago, I was a regular customer and I will never go back! They also did the same to my friend with NO explanation! read more

We have ordered from here a handful of times. Every single time since, the quality for every item other than the chicken wings and regular pizzas has completely fallen apart. I usually get a pizza bowl as a substitute and when I tell you it was half full this last time. It was absolutely disgusting, they didn't even get the order right. It just had sauce and cheese, they forgot my pepperoni and italian sausage. This has been a long time coming and I can't recommend it to anyone. read more

I guess this is a Rochester based company, but it's pretty typical Genesee Co. Pizza. Thick , doughy and little flavor. Also pretty ridiculous to charge $15 for two slices that are barely warm. They obviously have some bugs to work out with staffing. Highly doubt I'll be back. 6.2 out of 10 read more

I was at a birthday party at the Batavia YMCA Sunday, May 18, 2025. The pizza was pre ordered to be delivered at 1:30. The party had a schedule to follow, pool time, eat, adventure room.... Party went until 3 pm. Pizza arrived more than a half hour late. When the party host called to find out where the pizza was at about 1:40 was told delivery was on the way! It most certainly was not as it didn't arrive until about 20-30 mins later! 15 kids, parents, grandparents... Batavia Salvatore's did not leave a good impression delivering lukewarm (at best) 3 sheet pizzas! Birthday host to speak to the owner today ... owner was VERY condescending and rude. Sad to see an established business such as Salvatore's get this sort of impression less than a month after opening! read more

so excited great staff grand opening. loyal Rochester customer that will never come back. last night hung up on the minute I said my sub was wrong. I'm allergic to tomatoes the bread rock hard nothing I ordered was on the sub that I paid extra once again none of my sides. My daughter's cheese pizza was pepperoni we do not eat pork. Order was wrong last time and missing items I let slide. This is not how to keep customers and I don't have money to waste. Was loyal excited customer but my service and quality matter. My husband and I ate inside. I ordered wings when I got them they were cold had to take them to counter and get them reheated. My husband ordered a steak sub it was lousy not how he ordered it. I would not recommend Batavia location. read more

On Saturday we placed an online order around 7:40 maybe 7:45pm and it was moved to Sunday morning at 11am due to the restaurant closing time of 8pm . We called the restaurant and spoke to a super rude person on the phone. We simply asked for a refund since the next day would not work for us. A week later the charge was still on my credit card . No food ,no service ,but they still took our money. We decided to try again this time we called on the phone spoke to someone placed an order. We show up 30 minutes later they don't have the order , no one recalls speaking with us and the lady behind the counter was rude. Since we were already there I decided to re do the order . I pulled up the online website order screen on my phone to show the guy what we wanted, he entered the order , charged us full price and still managed to get the order wrong . I did offered to read off the items but he said no I got it . We really want to try this place because of the menu selections and creative names but we won't be back and I would estimate with the super rude employees it won't do well in this little town. read more

It was hard placing the order the employer did not know that much, got the order wrong twice, it was a pizza and wings. Delivery was scheduled for 4:00 after three times calling it showed up at 5:00 cold. Pizza was ok, wings just ok. I'm sorry to say I will not order here again.
