I really didn't want to have to leave a bad yelp review for this place that just opened, but YALL…read more I literally had the worst Brazilian waxing experience ever. I went to this place on a whim because it just opened by my house & I had a Groupon. I went, and although they are VERY nice people, I will not speak on their other services, but I do not think they should offer a Brazilian wax as one. First of all, they only use wax strips. The lady was waxing me in very small sections which is not what I'm use to, as it only prolongs the process. She was clearly struggling to get the hair off, so she kept waxing the same spots over and over again to the point where it was too painful to bear anymore. She asked me what was wrong, and I told her I wasn't use to waxing strips, only hard wax. She then told me that she had hard wax, I just had to wait for it to heat it up. Fine. I waited and once it was heated up, she applied the wax. BUT she couldn't even take it off!!! I am not lying y'all. She literally grabbed the glob of wax and couldn't pull it off, so it was just sitting there. On my vagina. At this point, I'm furious and told her I was leaving. She was very apologetic and told me to wait so she could get the glob of wax off. She proceeded to get the wax off.....with scissors. Yes, scissors ( I have pictures to prove it). With that being said, it was a horribly painful experience which I'm sharing so someone else doesn't go through what I went through. Although they are very nice, welcoming people, please DO NOT go there for a Brazilian wax.
