This review isn't meant to bash your work or anything, but I have a lot to say after the day I've just experienced I am beyond baffled. The first post regarding Eid was announced on April 7th, stating that you would only be doing walk-ins. Within that same week, you posted all the regulations regarding how services around the holiday would operate. You would expect everything to be thought through and well organized, but it was quite the opposite. One of the regulations was that you would only be accepting the first fifty people. When you first posted about Eid, my friends and I made plans to come and get work done. We all live an hour away and still made an effort to be there as soon as the store opened at 9am. We arrived around 9:20am, surprisingly closer to the 50s than expected, which wasn't exactly what we wanted, but it was kind of expected for a good henna artist. When we wrote our information down, you simply let us know it was going to be a few hours and that you would call when you were ready. We noticed that you were the only one doing the henna. If you're planning and promising to do henna for the first fifty people in one day, why not come prepared? How did you really expect one person to complete fifty people? Another thing is the fact that there were absolutely no updates. You didn't post any updates nor did you respond to DMs. There isn't a number for the store, so we couldn't call. The only way to get an update was to physically be at the store. "Wait times will be longer than usual, so please be patient with us (I promise it is worth the wait)." That is directly from the post made. From 9am to 10:15pm, we patiently waited to get our henna done, just for you to call one of us and say that you wanted to move us to the following day. After a whole day wasted and moving plans left and right, because we wanted to make it work. All for us to not get any service at the end of the day. You need to reorganize how you go about your services. I just think this was incredibly inconsiderate of other people's time. Do not bite off more than you can chew. This is beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate. I hope you take this as constructive criticism for things like this in the future. read more
