The traditional Dr I was seeing originally saw me and gave me 2 blood pressure medication prescriptions. She then told me she would see me in 4 months for a follow up. As a 30 year old man who should not be hypertensive I was discouraged that I was quickly given prescription I would end up needing to be on for the rest of my life. Not being ok with this way of handling I was seeking a Doctor who would be willing and able to work with me in partnership in my health. Someone who was willing to sit down and get to the root cause of the issue of what was causing my high blood pressure. When I say that Dr Tami was willing to sit down and get to the root cause, the exam room literally has a regular table with chairs that her and her staff sit with me and go line by line through the many tests that are done to explain each result and what the reason for each test is and what the result tells us about my body. She also sends a recap email of each visit which I find very useful to be able to do my own research on each recommendation and I send questions or clarification to the recap email to really have a full understanding of our plan and the recommendations. This is not something that I would ever get to do with a traditional Doctor. In any setting you would think that this service would be extremely expensive however my plan is $135 a month which for all of the time and effort put in my Dr Tami and her staff is very fair. In the very short time I've been seeing Dr Tami as of today I have fully come off of one of the medications I was prescribed, thanks to the natural supplements I have been taking. I am confident that as long as I continue on this currently plan I will be able to get off of the second prescription. Dr. Tami's relationships with other providers has also been a huge plus. I have been able to quickly get appointments with specialist, found an amazing chiropractor (Sports Chiro Rehab Dr Patel) and been able to quickly get shipments of a supplement (when I waited too long to reorder). The office stay Emmanuel, Trinity and Jason the Virtual assistant are also very polite and accommodating. I look forward to continue being patient at Aspire and would highly recommend this Doctor

Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.

I started off with Pediatric Associates for his first few newborn visits as he was still covered under my insurance for the first 30 days of birth, but once I received his insurance information in the mail this doctors office is who we were assigned to for our primary care. I actually really liked the office and the staff and will be coming back here. It's much nicer to be a patient and feel treated more like a human than a number as opposed to Pediatric Associates. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than a year of trying to resolve this issue, I feel other parents should know about my experience. I brought my son in for his school-required annual physical. During the exam, the doctor mentioned he might have a slight scoliosis and recommended an X-ray. A few days later, we received a voicemail saying it was very minor and that no treatment or follow-up was needed. Despite this, Pediatric Associates billed my insurance for a separate Level 4 office visit, leaving me responsible for over $300. My son had no symptoms, no complaints, and ultimately needed no treatment. I have repeatedly asked for an explanation of how this justified a separate high-level office visit, but after more than a year and at least five phone calls, no one has ever called me back. I was also told my son was "missing vaccines," but I was never informed that the HPV vaccine is not required for Florida school, nor was I told it might not be covered by insurance and could cost hundreds of dollars. Had I known, I would have made that decision at another time. Parents trust their pediatrician's recommendations. Unfortunately, my experience has left me questioning both the billing practices and the communication at this office.
