I decided to go anyway, and I'm really thankful I did. Every person I interacted with was gentle, kind, and patient. They picked up on my anxiety immediately, explained what was happening, and did little things like offering a blanket and checking on me that honestly made a huge difference. I felt safe, heard, and cared for the entire visit.

I saw Dr John Hong and he was efficient and kind. He did excellent work! The care they took with me was amazing. I expressed my nervousness around dental work and everyone was very kind. They didn't attempt to get me to pay for anything extra and the office ladies were very clear with every form I signed and every expense that could be charged. They are very transparent with what's going on both sides of the desk.

Charges included $200 for mouthwash ($50 times four, for upper/lower left/right) and "special cleaning" techniques not covered by insurance (higher price, no doubt). After they finished, they billed EACH of my kids over $300 when our TRICARE DENTAL PLAN should've PAID THIS IN FULL. My honest kids paid their respective bills ($676.18 that I will not be able to get reimbursed). It is my opinion that this association is engaged in DISHONEST PRACTICES and I can only assume all providers in the association give approval to it. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Care quality - A crown broke after only having it for 5 months. They refuse to stand by their work…read more Another crown has decay under it after only 3 years. I have crowns that were placed in my mouth 20 years ago and they are still good. This dentist office is a chain and they do not care if their work fails. After spending thousands of $'s in their office, I have changed dentist offices for all of my family. I can't spend $2000 or $3000 out of pocket every couple of months or years because my dental insurance won't pay for repeat bad care that often. They will only replace a crown every 7 years. The office staff was very rude to me and I have asked them to give me my dental records multiple times and they always say, "We will email them to you," then they don't. They will play around with your mouth and tell you work needs to be done that doesn't. They gave my husband a huge treatment plan that doesn't need to be done according to another dentist. Don't trust them.
