Since we are traveling through the area I was very appreciative to get the same day appointment. The reception staff were very professional and nice. The office appeared newly renovated and was very inviting. So far, so good! Things begin to shift when I was taken back to the exam room, the young lady who took me back neither identified herself or her role. Of course when she begin to issue instructions I had to interrupt and ask for her name and role. Again things were rolling smoothly and Dr. Chip came in, he was very professional and somewhat charming. I presented with a broken crown on my front tooth. Dr Chip did a quick look and reported that unfortunately short of replacing the crown there was simply nothing more he could do. He even said they have the capability to have the crown made in a day. I asked if there was anything he could do as a temporary fix since we are traveling. He replied there was no other option beside a build up and recrown. I was devasted by the news since my smile was visible altered. However the final blow didn't come until I went to check out and settle my bill. I WAS CHARGED $195!!!! I could not believe it, upon looking at the receipt with the price breakdown: Limited oral evaluation (quick peek less than 10 min chat with Dr Chip) $157 Intraoral-periapical - 1st film $38 I walk out completely distraught and $195 paid for WHAT??? This business has been up and running for over 30 Years and I can only imagine that some where along the way INGRETITY got lost. My advise to anyone planning a visit here; get cost estimates up front.

Expect to wait 1-2+ hrs after your scheduled appointment time no matter how on-time or early you arrive. Expect them to be pushy about scheduling your next appointment AND if you let them know you don't know your availability that far out, expect their system to schedule an appointment for you anyways. After years of dealing with what I've described, I'm finally done going here... I'm a medical student who comes into town on some weekends and holidays with very limited free/flexible time. The day before my scheduled appointment, I went to confirm the appointment, and I was taken to a page that said my appointment been cancelled - with no prior notice. Once the office was open the next day, I called, and they only had record of me having an appointment a week later (when I will no longer be in town) than my scheduled appointment - despite the emails I have confirming the date/time that I scheduled for. The staff have been nothing but lovely. I truly blame this on whatever terrible corporate management owns this place with likely no knowledge of patient care or customer relations. Instead, I'm sure they only care about data/stats/profit and force providers to take on more patients in a day than is reasonable. Any observant and long-term patient could see that the clinic has high staff turnover and is understaffed regularly. Clearly, whatever they're doing isn't working for staff or patients.
