I paid for this before looking at repair, and was totally disappointed with what he had done. He said to bring it back and he would work with it!! This was a $35,000 clock, and his work will require it to be totally disassembled and a new base plate installed by a competent clock repair person. He charged me $300/ hr. and has the skill of a sedge hammer mechanic. I would never have him work on anything that I valued. Get a price before hand of anything that you get done. If its more then changing a battery , I would never recommend going there.
