Sam Jolley to the rescue!!! I would not trust my plumbing jobs with any other company...
    TONYA H.

From the first point of contact, to the after service quality assurance call; this company has satisfied this skeptic every single time. The professionalism and genuine concern is remarkable. When I purchased my home 2.5 yes ago, I had no experience with gas and was pretty terrified of using it. My gas water heated gave me problem after problem until I replaced it. I used Sam Jolley for every call and they made my emergencies their priority. A few times even responding and not charging me a red cent. This is not your typical price gouging, a la carte charging, callous company that couldn't care less if "life happens". They are trustworthy and reliable and can count on me as a loyal customer.

This was all that was needed for repair.

I'll say one thing these two guys were phenomenal I got to give it to him they don't give up this was probably one of the nastiest leaks to find but they found it I would recommend DJ and Maguire has the best team your company has. Talk about going a step further I was having food delivered from Walmart when it arrived DJ helped bring my groceries in now that's what I call service one of the nicest guys you ever want to meet. I'm a retired disabled veteran from the Air Force and I really appreciate good service. UPDATE: This update review has nothing to do with the good work in finding the leak, the two techs did a great job. However, when it came for the company to give me a quote for repairs, I almost fainted. The quote for for removal of roots that were covering a leaking pipe and repair the leak in the pipe, they quoted me $1297.64 for parts and labor, I of course refused and called a local landscape company who charged me $125.00 for root removal. I then went to Home Depot and purchased (2) pipe connectors and a small section of pvc pipe which totaled $21.00. I called a local independent plumber who spent approximately 1 hour and charged me $75.00 for the repair. So in conclusion, My total repair was $221.00, which is a far cry from $1297.64. My advise, just do some research and save some money. By the way the cost of leak detection was $885.00 which I paid upfront.

After searching for a good company to help us with our plumbing issues , we decided to go with Sam Jolley. The customer service to booking the appointment and getting set up was outstanding. Quick, easy and even gave a follow up call, along with a heads up of when the plumbers were on the way. If I owned a plumbing company Scott and Ian mirror the type of people I would want on my team. They definitely deserve a raise or bonus. For starters, they showed up to my house with a positive, professional, can-do attitude. They assessed the problem and worked very well together. They went above and beyond to educate me on what they were doing and how they were going to fix our plumbing issues. They were punctual, honorable, and hard working. The job was completed in a timely manner as well. My family and I are so happy to finally have our water working again and be able to be at peace. Thank you or the outstanding work To this team of overachievers. Keep being a great company and team. I will definitely recommend them and will continue to use them if needed in the future . God bless!

The price only went up after they knocked a huge hole in the cement wall outside so I was a little pressured to do it. The job was supposed to take 5-7 days. It took months! Months of having a gigantic tunnel under my home. Filling with rainwater, a huge whole in the exterior wall, and my back pavers destroyed. If I didn't call them daily, they wouldn't show up to work. When I did call them, they seemed like they had no idea about my project. Again, this went on for months. When it finally came time for an inspector to approve the job they laughed at how bad it was. The original leak was still leaking. They said it was unsafe and it fails for many reasons. In the end I don't even think the original leak was fixed as the problem that made me want to have it fixed is still there. There's so much more to write but it would be too long. Every day for months was a disaster.

They sent a plumber on 4/27/2026 to provide an estimate to pull a city permit. He told me it would cost $1,200. I was astonished because the architect who drew the plans told me it should only cost around the city's actual permit fee of $500 to $600. When I refused the initial price, the plumber went outside to talk to his boss, came back inside, and lowered the price to $900. Because I was in a tight spot and needed the permits and approvals to finally resolve this issue, I agreed. Next, a woman in the office tried to insist that I pull a "structural" permit instead of just a plumbing permit. I did not ask for this, nor was it necessary, as the remodel did not involve any structural issues. She kept insisting, but I stood my ground and said no. They finally agreed to pull just the plumbing permit, as requested during my initial contact. After I paid the $900, they pulled the permit and emailed me a copy. I waited and waited, until one day I received a violation letter from the city stating that I was going to be fined because an inspection was never requested. I was shocked; navigating that process is the plumbing company's job, and I had no idea how it worked. I frantically tried to call them, but their phones were not working. I then contacted the city, and they informed me that I could not schedule the inspection myself, but the company had to do it. The city provided me with the owner's phone number. When I called him, he calmly said, "Oh, yeah, our phones are down. Send an email to Tiffany and she'll make the appointment." Tiffany scheduled the appointment for the next day. However, when the inspector arrived, the plumber never showed up. It was just the inspector and me. I had no idea how to proceed or what to say. The inspector told me he could not pass the inspection because he needed the plumber to explain the materials used and the remodeling process. Desperate and in tears, I called the architect who drew the plans. Thank God for him--he told the inspector he would handle it and briefly explained what I had been through with this bathroom. The inspector accepted his explanation, and thankfully, I passed the inspection. In summary, MainLine Plumbing was completely unprofessional. They tried to take advantage of my situation to make me spend more money by upselling and price-gouging me for a "structural" permit I did not need, on top of an already expensive plumbing permit. They were unreliable with their communication and follow-up. To make matters worse, they left me to handle the inspection alone when they should have been there to answer questions or address any issues that arise. It was a terrible experience!
