OMG... it's moist, tender, flavorful and delicious !! We ordered 1 pound each of brisket & pork. It is further out there than we anticipated, such that on the way back, I was starting to worry about fuel. Luckily, we did make it to this gas station and were able to fill up here. The pay-at-the-pump feature worked fine and it issued a receipt, which isn't always the case back home (I'm looking at you, Kroger). If in doubt, when you see this place on the way to Golden Spike, stop in and top off.
