I've been a regular at this store for a while and have bought many bongs here. It being the same bong I set in in the car for 40 minutes and it somehow has a split in the same place. They said that they can't replace it at all. It seems as if all bongs I've bought from them are high tension and have shattered on me and all I wanted was an exchange because it's insane that a bong split at the same piece twice and the second time they can't replace the singular perc I have bong water on my socks, and a broken unusable bong now.
