But here's where the problem lies. He went on a month long vacation right after my last surgery and my staples stayed in for 3 weeks which were red and painful. Another doctor gave me an antibiotic that made me terribly sick with pain and diarhea and I had to stop it. He may be a good surgeon, but he has no bedside manner. He is always in a big hurry, doesn't want to answer your questions, and barks orders at you. While he was gone and I was suffering, he had no nurse in his office to help me. The only thing the receptionist said was she was sorry. You are on your own for aftercare and you should know this up front. When I had my staples removed, I was very nervous from all the pain and procedures I had endured with 13 days in the hospital and was trying to breathe slowly to calm me down. He barked at me twice to stop breathing because I was going to pass out. No I was not. If I stop breathing, I WILL pass out.

They refused to see me unless a radiologist was on-site and scheduled an appointment a month out. When I called into their appointment center they moved my appointment to a sooner one at Breastlink Tarzana. Upon arrival and check in I was told my referral was not correct and to wait while they contacted my doctor. At no point in the process of scheduling any of these appointments did anyone mention needing a different referral than what I initially provided. Around 30 minutes later the receptionist let me know I was good to go. I was called back shortly after. I was put into a changing room and not provided a gown or instructions. I was able to go through drawers and find the gown to change into. After a long wait I was taken in for the mammogram and first part of my exam. The tech informed me she did not feel I needed a diagnostic mammogram. After explaining my situation up to this point she re-read my notes and said no, I did in fact need this test. However she was only going to take a couple images and not the full set. I then went to wait for an extended time as we were informed the radiologist was working remote and not responding with the needed targets. Eventually I was taken back for an ultrasound exam. The tech told me someone would call me with results in 1-2 hours. Later that afternoon I received a call from my physician stating she was not in contract with breastlink and would not be able to provide a referral. Had the receptionist communicated this I would not have proceeded with the exam. As an aside it is now 4 days from my exam and I have not received results. When I called to follow up I was told they were in the middle of hiring radiologist and my results would take up to 2 weeks to receive. I was surprised to hear this as the other facility insisted I needed my exam with a radiologist present. So now my urgent exam is on a multi week timeline with no explanation? I also asked about the fact that receptionist lied about having a referral. She told me not to worry as the max out of pocket is $448. That was not reassuring as this is a covered exam from my very expensive health insurance. Her demeanor was dismissive on both my concern on her staff inconsistent and incorrect statements. This whole experience was an absolute nightmare and I recommend finding another facility for your imaging needs.

I told him I thought I needed surgery and a knee replacement.. He said, " you THINK you need a replacement". Several months later he said, " when you KNOW you need a replacement we will schedule surgery".. A few months later using a cane, I had my right knee replaced. A few years later the left knee was replaced. I am now 80 and I have complete movement in each knee, no pain and I am so glad we did the surgery when I was stronger and younger. I came here several times for plantar fasciitis pain. I ended up buying a boot and custom insoles…read morefrom them. Spent over $700 total here between office visits and the above. Paid cash for the insoles because it was "$50 cheaper if I paid cash". Neither boot nor insoles worked for me. I had a lot of follow-up appointments and it felt like every time I came in I was told "Last time you were here, did we talk about X?". And I would say no and he would say "Oh, have you tried this or here's some exercises". Why wasn't all of this discussed on the first or second visit? I ended up finding another doctor who told me the boot was unnecessary and the insoles were done incorrectly. A iPad was used to scan my foot at this office, but my new doctor did a cast on my feet in a neutral position. And the new orthotics I got are only half size not full size. The full size ones I got here were bulky and kind of pushed my foot up into my shoe in not a great way. I got PT on the first day at the new doctor and taping done which has helped tremendously. (They never did PT at this place.) I was also told by new doctor that the exercises I was given at this place don't really help and I shouldn't be stretching the fascia band. Maybe this place works for some people, but it didn't work for me. The staff was nice and the doctor was nice, but in the end I felt like I got gypped and am just out a bunch of money. Oh well. Live and learn.

I don't carry my wallet on me and so they wanted to have me pay with venmo at the same cost even though I know for a fact they would make more since businesses pay fees on cc payments. They weren't willing to work with me there either. Terrible experience. Will not be returning.

I was there for knee pain and all he did was read over my previous doctor's notes (now retired) and we agreed upon my continuation of the Euflexxa injections for my knee. I was shocked that he never even examined my knee durning my first office visit with him. This appointment was over six weeks ago and I am still waiting on an approval for my Euflexxa injection which usually takes 1 to 1 1/2 weeks for the approval. I have spoken with Cecily at the office for help on two occasions. The first occasion, she said the there is a delay with Optum and could take up to 4 weeks for approval. Please keep in mind that I am in knee pain. When I called again on August 10, 2026, Cecily said that she cannot tell me the status of my medication and would leave a message for the person who could help me. This person who Cecily promised would help me, never called me back. Wednesday of last week, I called my insurance provider in order to help me find out the status of my medicine and we spoke with Karen. Karen promised that we would have the medication by last Friday. Once again, Karen nor any other person called me back from Dr. Nadel's office. As of yesterday, I filed a complaint with my insurance provider and the lack of help with Dr. Nadel and the office staff. How can the office staff here ignore someone who's in pain and not work on getting the medication that I have been using to relieve the pain now for a couple of years. This is unconscionable.

I was incredibly disappointed in my experience with Dr. Yaghoubian. I arrived 15 minutes early to a…read more1pm breast reduction consultation and was not taken back to an exam room until 2pm. Once I got back there, Dr. Yaghoubian came in and asked a few basic questions I had already filled out on intake forms over an hour earlier, gave me a gown, and disappeared for another 15 minutes. When she came back, she took one look at me from across the exam room and told me "you don't need a reduction, you just need a lift!" I was absolutely gobsmacked. She did not ask a single question about why I wanted a reduction, or about any of the symptoms I deal with daily. She said she did not think she would be able to remove enough tissue to meet insurance requirements without taking any measurements, photos, or even touching me. For context, I am a 36GG and that is more than enough tissue to meet the insurance requirements according to my PCP and two other plastic surgeons I have had consultations with. When I was very clearly caught off guard by this, she stood silently and offered no compassion or sympathy. I didn't want to assume it was money motivated, but upon seeing the nigh identical experience outlined in another young lady's Google review from last year I do think that was the case, as she would retain more money for an out of pocket cosmetic lift instead of an insurance covered, medically necessary reduction. The women running the front desk however were incredibly kind and helpful, and this negative review is no reflection on them! They deserve 5 stars, but I cannot recommend enough to avoid this surgeon.
