This was my first time needing a mammogram/U/S so I was a little apprehensive overall. When I arrived there was a little bit of a wait and a lot of women in the lounge I thought it would take a long time but it didn't, surprisingly it went by very fast! The girl who checked me in was sweet and courteous. A special thank you to Esmeralda who conducted my mammogram, she walked me through the whole process and made my nerves calm down. She is absolutely great at what she does and really took the time for the right placement. Another thank you to Stephanie in ultrasound, sweet and very thorough. They are very Disorganized! Nobody oriented me, or gave me essential information on my visit - like telling me my doctor ordered TWO procedures for me (I ended up leaving the office after the first & had to come back). Nobody at the front desk also told me one of the procedures, the Ultrasound , was not covered by my insurance! And would have cost me $280 extra if I didn't catch it - the representative that called me to schedule my 2nd appointment SHOULD MENTION THIS - because I'm SURE I'm not the only person that this effects! I needed a bone density X Ray requested by my PCP. It took the receptionist a long time to find my referral authorization. They confirmed my appointment a week ago. Once management gave the "go ahead" the wait was quick. This is a busy clinic. Elizabeth was very personable and professional. I've been here a couple of times, for both mammogram and bone density testing. You need to make an appointment and have your referrals and insurance information ready. They added a new feature where you can upload images for your doctor referral and insurance card. I love that feature. They have free wifi on-site so it is easier to do things online. Receptionists and technicians are friendly and professional. The bone density procedure was quick and the technician explained the steps. It was painless. I had my mammogram done a long time ago, that was painful and maybe I got an OK technician. Parking is NOT free, and the clinic does NOT validate! I wish I was told that so I could have been prepared. There are free parking in the street but that can be hard to find especially if it's a busy day. read more

Extremely disappointed in this place!!! I would always go to the Radnet imaging in Santa Clarita but for some reason they didn't show up as the providers under this facilty anymore. I came here for my annual mammogram. My appointment was 30mins after the scheduled time, compared to the other location it was always on time. Anyways I had to wait in line to check in, than wait again in the waiting room than they call a bunch of you at one time than you undress and than get called by 1x1. The girl who did my mammogram wasn't very friendly and wasn't the greatest, she kept having issues with the machine or something and had to wait for it to restart and quite honestly it was just annoying and I needed to get out of there fast. I had to call for my results over 2.5 weeks later. They didn't notify me at all. I was so concerned since I didn't see any updates online and finally I decided to call myself. The results were not updated on the portal only the images. I spoke to the girl and she said yes we have them and that they don't show up on the portal right away. Wth??? The other imaging center radnet in santa clarita was way better and had the results right away. I was not happy at this location at all. Not professional, not on time and didn't make me feel at ease at all. Not coming back to this location ever again. read more

They keep canceling appointments just FYI, you might have an appointment but they will cancel it and then they will reschedule you and they will cancel that too and then you will end up paying for parking and then you will get upset and want to file a complaint and they will hang up on you. Go elsewhere . Take your money elsewhere -they all need proper professional training. I would give -10,000 stars if I could because this is not a good patient experience at all, and as a matter of fact, this is added to medical trauma. Had my annual booby check :-) I've been coming here for about 8 years I think. Last year I came my experience was ok. Wasn't as good as today's visit. Today was a good day! Fast and efficient! Just like I like it. I checked in online ahead of time (like I always do). Front desk was nice and now offer an additional AI enhanced breast cancer detection. They've only had this for three days when I came in for my appointment. It is $40 extra. Insurance does not cover it. But $40 is pretty fair and low cost in my opinion to have additional detection screening. You don't have to do anything different. It's just like having more sets of eyes looking at the images. I did it. Hailey did my mammogram. She was really nice! Magaly did my ultrasound. She was really nice as well! I was called pretty close to my appointment time, no long wait, and had my ultrasound right after the mammogram. Super fast the day I went and I really appreciate that. It is usually on the cooler side in there but they offer you blankets if need be. So for today's visit, I give five stars. It is not always like that, but I wish it was :-) read more

Everything about this place was horrifying. Wait time, unprofessional front desk, painful procedure not properly explained before it was initiated and a post procedure infection. The next closest location that offers this procedure is in Antelope Valley and would make that 2 hour drive to avoid ever going back there. Don't use Breastlink unless you want a text for a bill. I don't want texts. There are too many scammers sending texts. Then, I call and ask for a paper statement....they never sent it. I paid my bill....so I thought. Then, it turns out there is a second bill that I didn't know about and I never saw the text and there was no one sent a paper bill AGAIN. Turns out I owe more money and they immediately sent it to collections to ruin my credit. What a bunch of unprofessional billing a h0les. Although it has been years since I've been there, and although I've asked them to refrain from contacting me ever, they have begun harassing me again to get another mammogram. I'd rather die than step foot in that facility. The wait was long, the front desk/check-in staff was rude, being herded into the dressing room with 10 others was unacceptable and I refuse to go there again. I have been going to this facility for years and everything was fine until January 2024. I had an appointment on a Thursday. When I arrived, the place was jammed. I had never seen it so busy. The tech told me the algorithm double books on Thursdays no matter how hard they try to even out the scheduling. I developed a terrible itchy rash on both sides after this scan. My doctor thought maybe it was due to the industrial cleaning product they use. Maybe in the mad rush, the fluid hadn't dried properly? The rash lasted for nearly 3 weeks. This year I scheduled for a Tuesday but then needed to push it back 2 weeks. I was unable to figure out how to change the day online so I had to call. I ended up being on the phone for 40 minutes just trying to complete the change. The operator painfully re-entered all my information and actually asked why I was rescheduling! I did not appreciate being questioned about a mere appointment change. On the day of, I told the tech about the problem from last year and she said she had just cleaned the machine but would clean again with alcohol. While doing the side view, she engaged the compression and then moved the pad up which is not correct procedure. Once the compression is in place, the plate should not be moved. After the scan, I discovered a 3 inch tear under my breast and a rash developed just hours later. I called the office on two separate days to make a complaint and was assured someone would return my call that day. Radio silence ever since. I will not return to this office and I will not recommend it to anyone else. read more

We visited Breastlink - Liberty Pacific Advanced Imaging in Tarzana for a biopsy and the experience could not have been better. the front desk staff was friendly and kept us updated with phone and text alerts. A breast biopsy can be intimidating and stressful. However, the medical technician/nurse who assisted my wife, Devon, took time to fully explain the procedure and what to expect with each step. The surgical radiologist who did the biopsy, Dr Sinner, put my wife at ease and performed the procedure with precision and care for my wife's comfort. Overall great experience here and we would encourage anyone who needs imaging of this type to go here. read more

This is the most disorganized office I have ever been to. I was scheduled for an appointment this morning and when I arrived, I was told that they had not received my doctor's orders for my scan. This was a huge surprise, since I called in to TWICE confirm that they had what they needed prior to my appointment and was told that I was good to go. Zero outreach to me prior to my appointment that there were any issues, so given the assurances I had already been given that everything was all set, I was confused and quite angry that they could not keep my appointment this morning when I ARRIVED for it. This happened last year with them, which is why I was so careful to call in to ensure this didn't happen again. Aside from the aggravation of this, I took time off from work to be there. When I got home, I called them to find out what happened, I was told that they "see over 200 patients per day and it's hard to do all of the outreach for everyone". That is simply not my problem. If they can't handle the administration of their patient load, they should hire more people. What a shitshow. Follow-up mammograms, ultrasounds and biopsies are stressful enough for the patient without the idiocy of Breastlink's subpar office practices. I'm going to have my scans done elsewhere from now on. If I could leave a zero star review I would do so. I need to switch providers and have contacted Breastlink several times, as has my new provider, seeking a transfer of records. The first time I called the receptionist did not speak clearly and as far as I could discern, told me the new provider had to request the records, and hung up on me. The new provider did so and heard nothing from Breastlink. I had to cancel my appointment with the new provider because Breastlink refuses to send my records. I have an issue that needs monitoring but it is clear that the staff at this location would rather have patients fall through the cracks and delay care. read more

Avoid Breast Link at all costs. My experience there was nothing short of a nightmare. I had a mammogram done on February 7, 2025, and paid an extra $40 to have AI review my images for added accuracy. They told me I would get the results within 10 to 12 days, but after waiting two full weeks, there were still no results. So I had to call Breast Link myself. What followed was a ridiculous, infuriating series of calls--over 20 calls--where I was repeatedly given the runaround. Each time, I ended up speaking to an offshore call center rep from India, hearing roosters in the background, and none of them could connect me to the right person or give me a straight answer about why my results were delayed. Every single time, they either hung up on me, failed to connect me to a supervisor, or simply refused to solve the issue. I specifically asked for a supervisor or manager, and was told someone named May would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Guess what? Five days later, still no call. In the end, I had to involve my gynecologist's office--who had initially referred me to this terrible place--and after a whole month of waiting, I finally received my mammogram results. But, of course, there was yet another screw-up. They never bothered to have AI read my images as I had paid for! When I complained, their response? "Oh, it's too late now; we can't process it with AI anymore." They offered a pathetic refund of my $40, but at this point, I wanted the AI analysis, not just my money back. I refused to be exposed to X-rays a second time for their incompetence. They didn't care. They didn't take responsibility. The whole ordeal was an absolute joke from start to finish. If you value your health and sanity, stay far away from Breast Link. This place has no respect for their patients or their well-being. I wouldn't trust them with my worst enemy, let alone something as critical as a mammogram. read more

I've gone here for my mammogram for a few years with good results. This time, there was a very long wait, and what apparently is a computer glitch, put 39 entries in my online activity log, making me think there was a problem with my mammogram. After hours waiting on the phone to talk to someone (and being transferred from one person to another), and numerous inquiries on their online "help" link, I still do not have my report or any definitive answer to why there are all those entries in my online activity log. They then told me that I need to come back, which I later found out from my doctor was another untrue statement. I had my most recent annual mammogram here for the second year in a row. I have been extremely pleased with the facility, and its efficiency in checking in. I had made my appointment online, and my forms from RadNet were in the system, so it was streamlined. When I got to the facility, the wait time was brief. The one drawback is the parking situation. It was a very hot day, and I'm disabled, so the fact that I had to park down by a closed pharmacy (or was it a liquor store?) using their handicap parking slots. Walking back to the entrance was tiring and awkward, even with my cane, to say the least. When I got to the front, the door was locked! I finally found an entrance at the door marked for Cedars-Sinai offices. Finally, I was able to get inside. The air conditioning was good. read more

One told me their equipment does not work?!?! So disappointed. Takes 2 months to get an appt. I show up and am told I have to pay an out of pocket of $100+ dollars that I was not told of before. Because I don't think to bring a credit card to a mammogram I was sent away. I am extremely high risk and now even though I was there, wasn't seen. Been to this place for at least 6 years now and now that appointment went to waste and so did everything I did to schedule it in.
