Overpriced OPI gel nail polish. You can walk 20 steps to another shop and save $5 per nail polish and they have much bigger selection of nail polish colors. This price difference makes a difference when you are purchasing several nail polishes. Samaria doesn't take any returns. My little sister told me about this place because she's a nail polish junkie hehehe. It's a beauty supply store that seems to focus on nail polish. They have all the popular brands essie, china glaze, opi, different gel lines. They have all their current collections and past ones too. They have walls full of pretty little bottles. The best part is their price! I don't know how they do it but essie nail polish is $4, opi is $5, china glaze $4.50. When I went they had buy 6 essie polish and get one free. Needless to say I left with 8 little bottles...don't judge me ;) read more

I don't ever give reviews but I am very disappointed in this shop. My mom and aunt own their salon and always shop here for everything they need. Mind you they spend hundreds of dollars since they have to replenish everything. My mother and I went to purchase some nail polish from the nutcracker collection we took the dark blue color when we got back to the salon we noticed my aunt already purchased it so we went back after and tried to exchange the nail polish mind you only about 2 hours had gone by since it was purchased it wasn't opened it was still in its bag with the receipt and the rude lady at the counter refused to help with the exchange. It says that there are not returns but we were exchanging it for another color since we already had that one at the salon. They will be losing us as customers for sure and I will not be recommending them anymore to family and friends. read more

This is my first time here. I loved the staff and environment. While they are restocking and doing some maintenance from what it looks like it in certain sections in the back, it does not take away how awesome the friendly staff is. They help you find everything and they tell you their opinion on products. They've got bargain boxes of old nail polish collections which are beautiful but on sale and they are fast at ringing u up and getting you out the door. Overall they are great and can't wait to check them out again when I get the alerts on my other social media (instagram) as to new items and sales! Ps the customers were just as nice! I met two sisters who are nail polish addicts and they gave me a lot of tips as well as to what they like and love! read more

This is my go to nail place! I only go there to buy nail polish and other manicure related items so I can't speak on anything else. They carry Essie, OPI, ORLY, and China Glaze--to name a few. You simply can't beat their prices and they usually have the latest collection in stock, at least for Essie and OPI. The reason for only giving them three stars is because of the the small space and constant questioning. There's barely room for two people in an aisle and then you have girls constantly asking if you need help, it becomes annoying and crowded. read more

I really wanted to love this place because so many people had told me to go (I'm a nail polish addict and they do, admittedly, have cheap Essie and OPI), but I just wasn't feeling it. The atmosphere is really terrible and made me want out as soon as I got in. It's so crowded, they have stacks of boxes everywhere, the employees are literally in the aisles carrying huge boxes of stuff around you while you're trying to have a nice shopping experience and I just felt awkward in there. I don't feel that the prices of the products are all that great except the nail polish, yes. OPI was like $4.50 and Essie was $3.75 I think. But Zoya is $8.00 and that's only a dollar less than retail. It's okay, but I will stick to my other place that has comparable polish prices and has a more organized, calmer atmosphere. read more

This is the WORST place ever!!! False advertisement to the fullest! They promoted a very expensive blow dryer on Instagram for 89.99 when I went in to purchase the blow dryer I was charged 109. I didn't notice until I was home and looked at the receipt. I purchased a couple of items. When I called to ask them how much the blow dryer was they advised they don't give prices over the phone. I would have to come into the store to discuss. Really?! They charged me 10.79 for a brush that was labeled at a cost of 7.35. The young girl told me whatever the price rings up is the cost. I walked over with an employee to show her that it wasn't a brush misplaced, there are 3 rows of the same brushes priced all differently and she completely agreed. But the girl at the counter said there was nothing she could do about it, that she was going to fix the labels. In the end she did not honor the pricing I only got a refund for the blow dryer. This was the worst experience because of her attitude, there was no honor in the customer service. If I could give it a zero I would. read more

Went last weekend to purchase a pureology product that I always use and purchased from them. Lately, the product is never available and I have to go to the other store in Kendall to pick it up or have it shipped from another location. That doesn't bother me that much however, what does is it's a tiny store and they have about 6 girls standing around chit chatting in Spanish and talking about the customers behind their back while they are there and after they leave. I guess they didn't know I spoke Spanish. Not very professional and not a place I'd want to go back to. The store on Kendall and 157th seems to be more put together. If the owners work out of that store, beware, you are going to lose all your customers on bird road with those type of employees. read more
