I don't like leaving bad reviews but it hasn't even been a week and my gel manicure is already falling apart. I got this done on Friday morning and on Sunday I already noticed some of the gel coming up. Today is Wednesday and one already came completely off, two more are on the way. Not to mention the Nail lady didn't fully paint the sides or the tips of my nails (I had to ask her to do it correctly and she still didn't). I'm back to doing a better job at my house. read more

The good: I walked out of there with nails that were relatively even on each hand. The bad: my manacurist was talking on her phone half the time. Often she would stop what she was doing to pick up her phone and speak to that person. The ugly: I came into the salon with two almost completely healed hangnails. The lady I had was so rough with my nails that I walked out bleeding from four different fingers! As you can see in the photo, she also completely botched cutting my cuticles. I bought a groupon to get acrylics here. Evidently they do not like that. The length I got, which in Miami is considered normal or even short, an extra $10. So I said sure whatever. I asked for a matte top coat and that was an extra $5. (You know what happened when I went to a different salon to get my feet done right after? They put on a matte top coat for free, because you need a top coat to walk out of there anyway.) All in all this was easily the worst nail experience of my life. The nail technician was Amazing did a great job. the owner , does not respect her customers. I came in with artificial nails, Which come off easily by soaking in acetone for 15-20 minutes. She refused the nail technician to allow me to soak the nails off. Instead she instructed the nail technician to use a tool and file it off, which instead took Two hours! And then another 60/90 minutes for my manicure. A bit ridiculous don't you think? I understand her choice but it's a little ridiculous especially if I approve my nails soaking in acetone. Because of this attitude and clearly enjoying in time wasting, I won't return. read more

I purchased a 38$ acrylic groupon and nowhere in the groupon did it state the length. When i got there she told me they were going to be short! What's the point of acrylics if they're short! Well I had already bought the groupon so I went along with it. My appointment was at 10:00 am and the nail lady didn't get there until 10:15. The place looked grimy and all of the nail polish bottles looked old and unkept. They didn't know where their supplies were and most of the supplies were unsanitary (used more than once per person). My nails didn't get soaked and my cuticles weren't cut. The only good thing about this place was that they did the base of my acrylic well but the gel placement is not great! I'm going to have to re do the gel polish because it's thick and uneven. My feet were soaked and massaged though, I liked that. But overall my nails are not good! The only thing I will say is they are genuinely really sweet women that work there. But, besides that, I paid 115 to get my nails done including tip and my nails did not come out anywhere near what I expected :/ One of my nails its completely crooked and although the woman attending me was very nice, she did not do a great job at the marble design I asked for... Also, I asked for a very square shape and the square came out somewhat rounded? which also disappointed me a lot. Using Groupon as a first time client appointment for a regular manicure and a regular pedicure (my hands nor feet were soaked) Luckily no one was getting their hair done because the hair station was about 2 feet away from the nail & pedicure chairs. Wish the chairs were more comfortable. read more

The girls are nice but they upsell you with promises of better results. Don't fall for the trap. When I called to make an appointment with Groupon the owner told me to not buy the Groupon and pay at the salon. I agreed. When I arrived the price was 4 times higher because the Groupon was "only for keratin on 5 inch long hair". That was not specified on the Groupon. Save your money and go else where as far as lashes go. Very little lashes were put on me . Pictures are of classic new full set. She said she would call me back same day and didn't . She also said she would fix following day. Received a call the next day saying she's fully booked now thanksgiving is tomorrow and my eyelashes are not up to par. I wasted my money going there. I have a refill that I paid for but I will not be going back. lashes look like I need a two week refill when I just paid for a full set yesterday.. no bueno. read more

Really hate to leave this review, but I have to be honest. I got a gel manicure and a gel pedicure here. There were two ladies in the shop when arrived for my appointment - we first started with the manicure and then proceeded with the pedicure. My pedicure was great and my toes still look good, however my finger nails started chipping just two days in! Now, less than a week in, many of my nails are either chipped or are on the verge of chipping which is really disappointing for a gel manicure the overall experience in the shop was nice and the service was polite, but to me the bottom line is that the manicure didn't do what it is supposed to - last! read more

I got a Groupon for a mani / pedi at this location. The salon itself is cute and chic. The staff was not very welcoming but I gave it 4 stars based on Mayllelin, my nail tech, she was fantastic. The place is really cute and staff is really nice. However the gel manicure i did only lasted 3 days and it should last 2 weeks. I have gone to other places where my gel lasts until the next visit. They did a dry manicure and no message was involved. Pedicure was ok. Again no massage and the color they used on my toes did not match my hands. read more

Not a good area. Tried making an appointment and not a damn person could speak English to me. Pulled up and the entire strip looked filthy.

I was really hoping to like this place but unfortunately I didn't. The place is cute inside and the staff is nice and chatty like any other cuban nail salon in Miami but the quality was not good at all. First of all their color selection is small and a lot of the polishes were old/dry. They don't have dryers.The base/top coat they use is very cheapy so my mani started chipping within hours. The way the manicurist cut my cuticles was very choppy. They never massaged my hands/arms and never used a hot towel on either my hands/feet. The pedicure chair was super uncomfortable and they put this blue salt thing in the water which stained my feet blue. Really weird stuff. I do like that they put a garbage bag on the bowl so no bacteria spreads however i feel like they cut corners in a lot of other areas and are not always sanitary. I saw a girl get her natural nails dipped in powder straight out of the little jar. Imagine all the customers that have dipped their fingers in there. They are just spreading germs and someone can definitely catch an infection if they have a cut. That is not the way to apply dip powder on natural nails.
