As a customer I've always enjoyed their service and quality of food. Today will be the last time ordering from this place. I wanted to try something new bruschetta pizza. This pizza is shown on their menu page. I ordered a pizza with the ingredient shown on the menu ( Ny round, sauce, cherry tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese, and balsamic glaze). I was told to tell them if I don't want an ingredient to tell them. Hello the menu doesn't state other ingredients so how can someone know what to not ask for??? The gentleman indicated that all of their pizzas have American cheese on it, I normally only order the NY style round because it doesn't. I was advised today that the pizza was made properly and the green specs is dried basil not fresh basil is put on the pizza. Unfortunately they have lost a customer whom spends over $60 there in one order. The way that they handled the call was unprofessional and not customer friendly. Very disappointing

Great pizza. Atmosphere is highly lacking! Not a nice sit down and enjoy a meal. More of a takeaway place.

My husband ordered a number three which is a cheesesteak and fries and drink. She asked what kind of sub would you like? It was my turn they didn't have the roast beef for my sub. Do you think they took anything off the cost --no . She brings my sub which had hardly any toppings ( the toppings that were on it needed to be removed because they were brown ) , she brings my husband sub we ask for ketchup she says his fries will be out . She brings his fries i again ask for ketchup. Then she brings my fries again I ask for ketchup again . At this point I ask for the manager or owner . She tells me no problem it's takes 15 minutes for her to come back and tell us the manager is not there. We still can't eat our food because she has not brought us ketchup. I ended up getting a full refund. Please No one go there service is horrible and the place is a mess.

We met the owner, Stefano, and despite the restaurant being at its busiest peak, he couldn't have been more welcoming, kind, and attentive. Speaking Italian with him instantly brought us back to Italy. He embodies the warmth and hospitality we miss so much. The food was authentic, fresh, and clearly made with great attention to detail. We tried a little bit of everything on the menu, and every dish was outstanding. Honestly, it's hard to choose a favorite because everything was so good. Even our kids said they felt like they were back in Italy. They especially loved the pizza. If you're looking for real Italian food, outstanding service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere, Piciocchi's is a must. We can't wait to come back!

I was visiting from Brooklyn to see my family in the area. My friend, who's a local, told me about…read morea place that makes their own pasta and how they have a great lunch. Ok I'm in, I'm Italian, homemade pasta is right up my alley. We sat down, friendly staff (young and distant), but an extremely strange setting. It was like walking into a Wayfair showroom with a pasta kitchen. The branding was a bit horrid in my opinion, but I work in that industry, so I couldn't get over the esthetic before I even got to the food. The TV "paintings" with random art were the "highlight" truly... I'm being too kind. The wedding table numbers, really were killing me in the worst way. This place was like a mishmash of identities with no real clarity of execution or strategy on how to accomplish what they're trying to be. A crash landing of ideas with no real destination. Now the food and drink! The plates were the size of a small luggage! For starters, the "fresh" bread they offered with a rancid tasting olive oil and the tiniest drop of balsamic vinegar was appalling. The calamari was decent at best... it tasted factory made, the coating was thick and it came with the tiniest portions of sauce. I want my calamari, piping hot, with a really thin coating and a ton of sauce, that's just me. The chicken cutlet was a flavorless flour-dredged slab of meat. Barely pounded out and coated in a thin breading, with no seasoning, and it was crazy big! The Gnocchi four cheese was like eating dough turds in glue. The texture was not good at all, and reminded me of undercooked packaged pasta, and weirdly overcooked all the same time... like the water wasn't boiling and they added the pasta in while it was cold. Gnocchi should be pillowy soft and should literally fall apart in the mouth and the cheese sauce should not be like hair gel stuck to the food. It's Italian food, it's supposed to be herbaceous and well seasoned, this was food for non-Italians, who think they could like Italian food if it was just a little more bland and assimilated... without all the immigrant culture, ya know?! The best portion of the dish was the non-alcoholic drink, which is saying a lot. I genuinely hate to leave a terrible impression, but I really hated this meal, and I'm shocked by the reviews. It would seem a lot of people are here for the big portions and cheap food. Not a quality food experience. Everyone's got their own taste!

There is plenty of off street parking on the side and to the rear of the restaurant. We had reservations and were promptly seated. Our server (I wish I could recall her name) was fantastic. Very friendly, took out drink order quickly (by the way this is BYOB) and asked us if we wanted to put in an order for appetizers. We ordered the following appetizers: pepper shooters, fried calamari and the pork belly. Salads come with every meal and a nice small charcuterie board is complimentary. My steak came out exactly as I ordered it and was tender, well seasoned and hot when I received it. The chicken was very tasty and always also served hot. I really can't say enough about he server. She was a young darker haired girl with a great personality and very confident when she read us the specials. She even made a few suggestions, all of which were very good. The atmosphere is really nice and bother owners came to our table at the end of the evening. The owners were very cordial and talked to use for a short period of time. I wish the owners the very best of luck but I don't think they'll need it as this is a very well run restaurant. The pricing was very reasonable and overall, an excellent choice for a nice dinner.
