Start to finish this place was excellent. Just by being greeted at the door so pleasantly set the dinner in motion. It's such an inviting atmosphere stone n dark wood, low and high tables. It's a smaller restaurant not like a chain size. The word "intimate". Waitress was such a gem the young girl. Wish she would train others in the art of hospitality in being an old school waitress yet so young. Next the food. The specials had so many options. We started w pork belly, salads and entrees Chilean sea bass w mango/pineapple and chicken parmigiana. Absolutely delicious with excellent presentation on top of it. There is so much deliciousness here. Too much to try in one visit, so we will need to return for another helping. The seafood Fra Diavolo was the best I've tasted. Meatball and sauce are top notch and I'm a meatball and sauce girl to the end. The salmon with pecan & brown sugar crust was plentiful and equally delicious served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Inside and outside dining available. Both were equally comfortable. Excellent service. Leisurely paced dining experience. Will most definitely return. It's no longer a BYOB but that made no difference. The complimentary charcuterie board is a great touch that you don't ever get from other restaurants. Our server Mel was amazing, as she's been at every place she's worked at. Rosaliano's is one of our favorite dinner restaurants. Tremendous food & great variety. Always have interesting special dishes available. Excellent staff & owners are very engaged & are interested in the customers. The complimentary appetizer plate is a nice touch. Service is top notch. Ambiance is cozy. Let me preface this review by saying that I have been coming to Rosaliano's for a few years now and prior to tonight, the food has been nothing short of excellent. Tonight; however, the food was borderline inedible. We were seated for a full hour before receiving bread, 1.5hours before salad, and two hours before our food. Please keep in mind that the restaurant is extremely small and was not full. When I received my salad, there was a piece of plastic in it. My mom ordered the seafood scampi which had spoiled muscles. I ordered the chicken francese which was awful. We both had pasta that was so overcooked the noodles were in a tight ball that could not be separated. When we explained this to the owner she said "we just got in our muscle order today so there's no way", "we ran out of the lemon sauce so we used lemon juice", and "the pasta was in the end of the stock pot for the night so that's why that happened." She asked if we would like desert to go, which we did not respond to, as we were already there for 2 hours and ready to leave. She promised to "take care of us" but did not refund anything and proceeded to force desert on us to take home. She gave us peanut butter pie and we have a pretty severe nut allergy in our home. She kept saying "this is a really bad night for us, everyone is complaining." Honestly, if the food was bad and handled correctly, I wouldn't have even felt the need to write this review. Unfortunately, we still had to pay over $80 for our combined meals that we barely ate and left with a consolation prize that we could not enjoy. The servers were absolute dolls and that was the only saving grace of the night. I'm sad to say that we will not be returning and we can no longer recommend this place. Please go somewhere else if you want to enjoy a nice meal. read more

Visited this relatively new restaurant with some friends on a Friday night. Limited tables indoors but they do offer outdoor seating. There is plenty of off street parking on the side and to the rear of the restaurant. We had reservations and were promptly seated. Our server (I wish I could recall her name) was fantastic. Very friendly, took out drink order quickly (by the way this is BYOB) and asked us if we wanted to put in an order for appetizers. We ordered the following appetizers: pepper shooters, fried calamari and the pork belly. Salads come with every meal and a nice small charcuterie board is complimentary. My steak came out exactly as I ordered it and was tender, well seasoned and hot when I received it. The chicken was very tasty and always also served hot. I really can't say enough about he server. She was a young darker haired girl with a great personality and very confident when she read us the specials. She even made a few suggestions, all of which were very good. The atmosphere is really nice and bother owners came to our table at the end of the evening. The owners were very cordial and talked to use for a short period of time. I wish the owners the very best of luck but I don't think they'll need it as this is a very well run restaurant. The pricing was very reasonable and overall, an excellent choice for a nice dinner. read more

Well, i've been to this restaurant a few times before and it was good, but something changed big time. We were a party of 8. The waitress took our order relatively quickly, but thats where things went south. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get our salads which were small. Then it took another hour plus to get our meals! They brought out 6 meals and then the final 2 took another 10 minutes to arrive! Three of us had the bone in sirloin... the steak was absolutely tasteless! Needed to load it with salt just to make it edible! When all was said and done... it took a total of 3 1/2 hours for our meal. Totally unacceptable. The place was crowded and what made it worse was that several tables turned over twice while we waited for our meals! Not a good way to run a restaurant. I will not be going back. If I wasn't with other people, i would have walked out before we got the salads read more

Very cozy small atmosphere so I suggest to make reservations! We enjoyed the food reminded me of the old Billy bs in dunmore. I love that they start you off with a complementary little charcuterie board!! The service was very good. But the cook just read the order wrong. I ordered medium well they thought it was medium so they cooked it back up for me and it was delicious.. my husband enjoyed the fish also. read more

What a delicious unexpected surprise at the former Marylake Vineyard restaurant. Excellent well prepared food cooked by an obviously well trained chef. My well butchered pork chop was the perfect temperature, and the Caesar salad starter was as fresh as can be. Friendly wait staff and an excellent choice for a dinner out anytime. This place is amazing. Best meal we've had in the area. The decor is comfortable with soft music in the background. The service was right on, not too quick or too slow. They brought a board with a couple small Italian sandwich bites and marinated tomato chunks to get us started - yum. The specials list was plenty long with lots to choose from. Upon recommendation from my Son, we had a beautiful experience at Rosaliano's last Saturday evening. The ambiance is cozy, the staff is courteous and helpful with smiling faces.
