When I asked how long the appointment would be she said they schedule 15 minutes for each issue. I could schedule several appointments to cover the issues I have. So, each issue (fifteen min appt) would be billing Medicare and my private insurance. Receptionist asked me if I wanted to schedule more appointments to cover my issues. I decided I need to find another doctor and clinic where my needs can be met with one appointment. I am really disappointed as I have been a patient with Corvallis Family Medicine for several years.

Online appointment scheduling is convenient, and works especially well if you're already connected with Samaritan through MyChart. Their front desk staff are polite and helpful, and the providers have gotten us taken care of. The last time we took my very anxious daughter in here for a flu shot, the provider was super understanding and respectful of her, and helped her through it really compassionately.

Upon walking in, everything is clean, organized, masks, and hand sanitizer stations, in multiple areas of the building, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and communicative. The doctor I got.. I am so sorry, but I forgot his name, but he drew out my problem for me, took the time to draw it out! so I knew what was going on with my skin! and that was the first time in my life a doctor was like that with explaining my eczema, and spoke to my ADHD. Seeing it drawn out and explained like that, made so much sense, after 25 years of eczema. VERY informative, and professional. His diagnosis, and what he prescribed to me, helped me within 24 hours! Being an adult and having a child yell at me when trying to figure out the billing problem was unacceptable. I cancelled my future appointments even though insurance was covering my appointment's.
