First off, I learned more about the skin and how to take care of it in my appointment with Samantha than I have in my entire life. She educated me in detail what certain products and ingredients do for the skin, how to apply them properly and what a proper skin regimen should encompass. I purchased a seaweed body wrap from Groupon and while I was wrapped in the blankets Samantha gave me a full facial that included dermaplane, micro needling, waxing, and skin tag removals. She took her time and it was very obvious how passionate she is about her craft while performing the treatment. The room is very clean, relaxing and the location of the suite is in a cool looking plaza. My skin feels awesome and after one treatment I can already see major changes. I signed up for these particular services with Carmen back when I started. It was all very hurtful and confusing. I had built relationships with them (or so I thought!) after all this time. Perhaps they had a financial issue or changes in business and they needed to change my monthly routine... but aside from why, they should have handled things differently. Showed accountability, honesty, kindness, and integrity. Carmen acted like she had no idea about what she offered me when I began membership (even though she and Maria performed these services with me every month for 2 years), and then she proceeded to end my membership. I didnt request this. I felt like I was at a job and had been wrongfully terminated. It felt like I knew someone well, to find out I didn't at all. I'll never know what actually happened and why, but am sharing this because I care, and it let me down very much!
