I've been to EWC once before & was not happy with my appointment. Yet, before heading back East, I saw this location that recently opened a few weeks back. I got an email for 50% off, so I thought why not, give them a try again? The second time around fits the bill of satisfaction. Sasha, the Appointment Scheduler from their call center was professional & friendly via the phone. She scheduled me for the same day (within the hour) appointment. Laura, the Front Desk employee, exudes such light & good vibrations during my short wait. She offered some good insight into EWC's growth - nationwide. Savannah, my Esthetician definitely enjoys her industry. Her naturalness of knowledge, engagement & application during my service was top-notch. She broke down the process, ingredients, & post-care instructions throughout my 30 minutes appointment. Her ability to make you feel comfortable was seamless...not to mention painless. Savannah's constant change of gloves & sticks won me over - especially with the results. I can not be more satisfied. I got a few samples & purchased an aftercare serum that I'm looking forward to using & seeing the outcome. 5th star for the entire space being highly clean & sanitized, especially the treatment & restrooms. The rewards/points you earn regardless of location can be redeemed nationwide. Prices are less expensive than other waxing centers I've visited while in town. I honestly don't do reviews. It has been a while since I last visited EWC. My last experience was terrifying but Helena was absolutely amazing and changed my whole view on EWC. Horrible. Look elsewhere. The waxers and their service- unpredictable. The employee turn over is so great, I've had 7 rescheduled and CLOSED DOORS (without my prior knowledge) in a 3 month period. Managers and Greeters- rude and unfamiliar with customer service- especially in an industry where people are spending their superfluous money. General and District Managers do not call back or return emails. The after hours call service does not relay messages correctly or in a timely fashion. read more

It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. The front told me that services were included that the aesthetician told me were separate. The aesthetician interrupted me while I was expressing how I wanted my brows waxed and told me what she was going to do. She didn't want to the see the picture of how I wanted my brows waxed-which was a picture of me with the eyebrows I've had for years. Instead of following the road map my former aesthetician made, she made her own shape. She waxed and trimmed much off the top that my brows are uneven, but she left a bunch of hairs under that should have been waxed. To the end appointment, she argued with the front staff in front of me regarding the services they told me were included. I cried as soon as I got in my car, and I've been asked what happened to my brows multiple times since! I was sent a review by phone and then got a follow up phone call from the manager. My experience is completely different than most of the reviews. I was able to call and receive same day appointment, for multiple services. Tatum was my waxer and she was completely phenomenal. My eyebrows were on point and every service that she completed she made sure that I was satisfied with the final results!!! I felt so well taken care of. I'm so glad that I got to meet her. Plus the customer service was amazing as well. I have be a customer of EWC for years and this has to be my best experience. I will be back again!! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! There is no way to describe how uncomfortable, painful, and unsatisfied the service was at this location. Having to deal with a wax is painful by itself but dealing with worker, Jessica, just made it a million times worst. Starting with the uncomfortable questions to her unprofessional answers. Then waxing in sections that were extremely painful doing small sections at a time. It was as if it were to be a torcher room counting each minute wishing it would be done only to have her go back over the same area multiple times. Nothing about this place was friendly, they take no action to make you feel like you will be taken care of. If I could give this place zero stars it still wouldn't reach the rate it deserves!! read more

Ive been a customer of EWC for 8 years and have always been happy. I was so excited to see that a new location had opened around the corner from where I lived. I booked my next appointment and visited yesterday 12/16 for some facial waxing. That evening I noticed that my eyebrows had been only partially done. Not a big deal. It happens. I called in this morning and explained the situation. i was assured I would not be charged twice. I was able to come in a half hour later to get them redone. All was well. However, as I was leaving, the person behind the desk tried to charge me. I explained the situation which should have been obvious since you would not ever need to get your eyebrows waxed two days in a row. She became accusatory, accused me of calling the call center (I called their store number) and said she couldn't help me because the person who I had spoken with didn't take proper notes. I refused to pay. She finally went to call the manager and after 10 minutes came back and said they would do it "this one time" but in the future I had to speak with a manager. I replied that this was their error. She was still arguing when I decided to walk out. I will not return to this location. Such a disappointment. I had visions of getting my waxing done on my lunch hour but I will stay with my former EWC location and never visit this location again. read more

Booked an appointment yesterday for a 1:30pm waxing. Go in today at 1:20 and the place is dark and locked. I figure the girl is out on lunch but when I wait 15 minutes and no one comes, I get annoyed. I call the store number given to me from my booking reservation and ask why no one is here when I have an appointment. The lady tells me that the waxing technician went home and that she should have called or texted me. I didn't get either of those and was then asked if I wanted to rebook. I am not happy with the way this location runs so I will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

I've been waxing for about almost two years at EWC. I was so excited as soon as I saw there was a location near me & didn't have to drive 20 mins for my waxes anymore. As soon as I got there it was good until I was taken to the room by MIMI. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. She was sooo rough! On top of being rough rude and also was judging my scars. Making me feel super uncomfortable. As soon as I got home I noticed I had patches of hair left. I get a hair here or there but not patches. You could tell she didn't want to wax. I always have gotten talkative, super welcoming waxers but not like this! A waste of my waxes. read more
