To bad I have to give 1 star. I'm home in pain waiting for the past 4 days for an extraction (my insurance won't pay for a root canal.) In 100 hours they've called me 2 times to say my heart doctor has not responded to their form. Funny, I talked to my Drs. office @ 40 hours and they said they had responded twice in 40 hours. These people are liars or incompetent. The aids certainly are nice, but something is wrong @ this place. read more

Arrived around 5pm for an extraction due to my wisdom tooth cracking/chipping. There wasn't too long of a wait; just enough time to fill out paperwork. After the X-ray they suggested I got the top and bottom pulled. Was a little afraid because I don't like needles and was not prepared for that kind of pain. Dr Matt and Kate (I think that was her name) were AWESOME!!!! He made sure I was numb before sticking me then he allowed a lot of time for it to really soak in. Long story short He pulled both in about 10 minutes and all I felt was pressure. Hopefully I won't have to have another extraction but if I do I will go back to him. Also, the cost was great. I didn't have to cut off my arm or leg to pay for it. Facility was very clean and everyone seems to enjoy their job. I didn't feel like it was rushed and just another customer. I was in the office 12/16/2021 and while waiting, I witnessed the most appalling fiasco of customer service!! I was totally and completely disgusted by the behavior of the office staff person. I don't know her name and quite frankly have no desire to know it because she was awful. A young lady, who I'm guessing had been waiting for quite a while was at the window speaking to one of the receptionists. Her conversation was calm and she was pleasant. Another office staff in the back rudely interrupted their conversation and began to verbally berate the young lady for no apparent reason. The young lady remained calm and basically told the staff person that she didn't want to speak to her and continued her conversation with the original receptionist. The other staff member became increasingly rude and belligerent and noted that she would put her out and call the police. The young lady still remained calm but asked her for what? She hadn't done anything...and she hadn't!! Again that back staff person continued to hurl threats and awful words and when she called the young lady "little girl" and said some other things, the young lady finally got upset and yelled back at her. The staff person then balled up some papers and literally threw them at the young lady, who after being assaulted by the staff went through the window and, in my opinion defended the assault against her. Of course, the staff person called the police who did not arrest the young lady because they watched the tape and heard and saw everything. Not only am I disgusted by how she was treated, but I'm disgusted even more that NO ONE IN THAT OFFICE CAME TO THE AID OF THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE STAFF PERSON WAS 10000% WRONG!!!!!!! I will never come back to this business at any location. Any business that will treat its customers like this for absolutely no reason will never get my business. Not only that, I am going to make it my personal business to tell everyone I know how awful this situation was and how the company did absolutely NOTHING for this young lady who just wanted some dental care. You all ought to be ashamed to have those glowing words of the type of care you provide. It is in NO WAY indicative of what I witnessed. read more

The staff is nice, I'm not sure about the dr yet since I have been waiting for 2 hours to be seen. My appointment time was supposed to be 11:20. Here it is 1:15. I have asked a few times how much longer it will be and have been told I have 2 people in front of me. Will update about my experience with the dr if and when I finally see him/her. Girl friend cracks a tooth, set up an appointment at the "24 hour dental care" on shadeland. we arrive before appointment time get her in right away, thinking great. she sits for 2 hours without seeing anyone! I ask whats going on and the dental tech goes into the room and starts yelling at my girlfriend that she is not the only patent. They pull the tooth without the tooth being numb, girl friend in tears. Really? This place has NO bed side manners at all, staff is terrible! read more

I don't need to tell anyone how hard it is to find a dentist that has immediate appointments and hours that fit someone's schedule. I went there for the first time and had several fillings that needed to be done. My experience was fantastic! The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Before anything was done she laid out the full costs so I could choose what I wanted done based on my budget. X-rays were simple and easy. The main dentist gave numbing shots that were not painful or rough. I explained that I had severe anxiety about dental visits and was offered mild sedation. Donyelle the dentist that did the bulk of my work was so kind, so sweet, thoughtful, thorough and friendly. She was a total perfectionist and made sure that my bite felt great when my work was done. No random sharp edges to the fillings. Today I am pain free. Overall I had an amazing experience and I am definitely going back if I need work in the future. I love that I could go in at 8:00pm and then go home and go to bed to recover. read more

I'm giving this place 4 stars because they are awesome. They were quick and very affordable. However, today was the first time my son (he just turned 18) went back by himself. He was already nervous which who isn't when going to the dentist. I had to go back to help him decide on procedures and cost. I asked him if he was cool and that I was going to go back up front when ERICA interjected and said "You need to go." Ok I know he's 18 and I planned on going but I am also a mom who just wanted to ask my son if he was good. What harm is that? Learn how to talk to people please. read more

Dr. Mukunda and her assistant were absolutely amazing!!! I've been needing to get my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed for quite awhile, but due to my anxiety I had put it off for at least 2 years. Last week I crack my bottom left wisdom tooth, or at least what was left of the deteriorating tooth, so I was in a lot of pain. I ended up reading several reviews for multiple dentistry's in my area (Noblesville) but I didn't find anything with raving reviews from others that have anxiety's. I happened to stumble across 24hr Dental Care and read a few reviews from others who feel that same way about dentist visits. I am sooooooo glad that I choose to come to this Dentistry, Dr. Mukunda was understanding of my anxiety, she explained everything in depth, she was very gentle, and absolutely great, as well as her assistant!!! I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and also had 2 resin fillings done, she was done in a little less than an hour and I felt NO PAIN!!!! Thank you for your service!!!! ** Also the cost for all of the services I had done was more than affordable, I couldn't believe the total I was expecting 700 or higher. read more

They were amazing!! I had arrived in Indy Friday night with a toothache and when I woke up Saturday morning I realized it was something that needed to be addressed that morning. I was referred to 24 hour by a local dentist. I was terrified to go but the pain was worse than my fears. As soon as I arrived the staff immediately made me feel like all would okay. I can't tell you how amazing the experience was. I ended up having my tooth extracted and did not feel one little bit of pain. I took my daughter hoping to get a tooth removed that had been causing severe pain for 5+ months. We had finally figured out her regular dentist was a major quack. Anyone who has ever experienced real tooth pain knows how it debilitating it can be. Dr. Fink is a bully who apparently has no experience. They took x rays and told her she had a bad infection (we already knew) he never once looked in her mouth. We filled out paperwork and stated she was on antibiotics already. She then told the assistant, the dentist and receptionist this info too. Never once did anyone look in her mouth even though she told them her cap was coming off. While she was in there another chic comes in and asks the nurse/assistant if she can trade her places so she can go get them lunch. So unprofessional! Coincidentally (ha) they shipped her out as soon as their Taco Bell showed up! I was trying to pay cash for him to help her but instead he made her so uncomfortable we left. He did write her a script for the same antibiotic she was already on! When I told him a 4th time she was already taking that he just oh well take more! Never again read more

***DO NOT GO HERE!!!!*** I had 2 of my wisdom teeth removed on July 14th, 2017 by Dr. Jihaad Abdul-Majid. 7 weeks later I have had to go back multiple times, had multiple xrays, numerous rounds of steroids prescribed to me, multiple antibiotics and still had an infection that was making me physically ill and affecting my entire body. I was looked at by Dr. Hess and Dr. Bishara during this time as well. Dr. Bishara made you feel like you were bothering her to even come into the office with pain. She was in the room for maybe 2-3 minutes and basically said I was fine but prescribed an antibiotic "incase". They were all more worried about laughing and joking outside the rooms than actually helping people in pain. I was weak, nauseous and exhausted beyond belief. I went back again to this location on August 10th because I still had pain and swelling on my left side. I saw Dr. Abdul-Majid again, who told me that the knot causing pain and swelling was because of the trauma to my muscle and to rest, prescribed more steroids for the swelling and instructed me to apply heat to the outside of my cheek for the swelling. He then proceeded to make me feel as if I was insulting him by stating how many papers he wrote in college in regards to 3rd molars and said I needed to just trust him. That he "knows what he is doing". So I followed his instructions and then I couldn't take it any longer. On August 22nd 2017, I had a huge lump still on the inside by my back tooth that I barely touched and pus and blood starting pouring out of the site of the extraction. The pain went from bad to excruciating. I decided then to take my chances and go to the Southside location and was seen by Dr. Chanh Le and Dr. Robert Stratman. They informed me that I had an extremely large abscess and applying the heat that I was instructed to by Dr. Jihaad Abdul-Majid, actually made the infection worse and spread. Dr. Le and Dr. Stratman were incredible! Cleaned and drained the abscess, prescribed me pain medicine since I had non-stop pain for weeks now and the antibiotic Clindamycin. After that, I was finally feeling better. Dr. Stratman had informed me to come back in two weeks for a check up, but on August 31st, I noticed pus and blood from the extraction site with only 1 day of antibiotic left. I went in and saw Dr. Yasir Issa who pulled out a huge chunk of tooth left in the site by Dr. Jihaad Abdul-Majid. This was what had been causing the issue the entire time and the Northside location could have prevented this if they care to even look at the xray or the site I was in pain from. If you decide you have to go to 24 Hour Dental Care, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the trip to the Southside location. You will not regret it as they actually care about their patients. read more
