I have asked multiple time about the Car condition, and they told me that everything in perfect condition. After buying we found the car had many expensive fix (Car radio broken, ABS broken, Tail lamp broken, Multiple dents, Seat broken. Almost $8000 worth issues. They are nice (Lorense- Manager, Daniela- Sales) until you buy the car, after that all true color will come. SO BE ACREFUL when you buy the car from this dealer. During those two week no one call and finally i went to pick up my vehicle nothing was done and the service advisor told me they would need to order the part and once they receive the part i could take it back for the repair. i waited for two weeks and no one call me from the service dept. i had to go the service dept for my husband's truck for an oil change and i check with the parts dept and found out that those two weeks that i left my vehicle to figure out what was wrong and all along they got the part during those two weeks but no repairs were made. finally i decided to take the vehicle out of town where i had purchased my vehicle and not a week went by that they fix my vehicle. Very dissappointed in the customer service here locally in laredo; just because you don't buy your vehicle here they don't give you the service you deserve.

    I have been a loyal Honda customer for over 10 years, and I have never experienced service this bad…read moreuntil now. The Service Department at Sames Honda has become an absolute disaster. Communication is practically nonexistent. Days go by without anyone calling to explain what's wrong with your vehicle or provide an update. Trying to reach someone by phone is almost impossible. Calls go unanswered, messages are never returned, and you're left wondering what's going on. Even simple services are taking far longer than they should. There are no shuttle services or loaner vehicles available, leaving customers stranded while they wait. The service advisors don't seem properly trained. They struggle to explain what services are being offered and don't even know how to look up warranty information correctly. That's basic knowledge that customers should be able to expect. What's even more disappointing is the leadership. While customers stand in line waiting for help, the Service Manager appears content to sit in his office instead of assisting his overwhelmed staff. When he finally does come out, he's rude and dismissive rather than trying to resolve concerns. It's obvious something changed in management because this is not the Honda service department I knew for years. The professionalism, customer service, and efficiency that once made me choose Honda have completely disappeared. This department has damaged the reputation that Sames Honda spent years building. Evelyn Sames needs to take a serious look at what's happening in the service department before it drives away even more loyal customers. If this is the direction management has chosen, they're running a once-respected service department straight into the ground. I never thought I'd say this after more than a decade of buying Hondas, but I will think twice before ever bringing another vehicle here at Sames Honda.
