You're really gonna bring your car when we're about to close" I was caught off guard and responded "oh I'm sorry I thought you all closed at 7". He rudely responded with a no. It's so sad how one worker can ruin the experience for a customer. I am sad that I wasn't even able to experience the service since I was so upset with how I was spoken to.

The front desk said that they were only going to charge for the computer diagnosis and not the visual inspection. But I never requested any computer check because my car didn't have any service lights 'on'. But I just wanted for them to give me the report on my car and get out of there. Because the day before I left my car like at 08:30 and I was told they would be done with visual inspection that same day but I called at 5:30 pm and was told they didn't have time to check it and if I wanted to leave it overnight or pick it up and bring it again in the morning.
