When I contacted the owner, she merely defended the dog walker and acted like she thought this behavior was acceptable. While my dogs were alive and okay when I got back, I could not enjoy my trip knowing that I was thousands of miles away with an unreliable and untrustworthy dog walker. They immediately resized his collar, gave us a few tips and recommended we join the beginner obedience class. I was nervous for the classes due to his reactivity but the trainers were patient and encouraging every step of the way. We now enjoy walks, his reactivity is to a minimum and I am not nervous when other dogs get too close. Big shout out to the team, Casey, Angela, Jacob and Zach who all shared in our adventure. My dog is so much more well behaved now, I have way more control and I definitely was trained to be a much better leader for my dog. I never took them hiking before (cause my body is not ready) and we go to the dog park once every 2 months. They both aren't to socialized so they tend to bark at other dogs and always pull on the leash. = KENNY = Is such a great and personable guy! He came to my house the day of to meet my dogs and answer any questions I might have. He drove 45 minutes to get to me, which I was very grateful for and surprised since I thought I would have to drive to him. My dogs loved him and he made sure to answer any questions I had. = DOG HIKE DETAILS = + Kenny will pick up and drop off your furry best friend! We set up a time to meet and they are a young and sweet couple. Their service was a great value for a full day of hiking and socializing. Our dog needs vigorous exercise and she was exhausted from the hike which is great for her temperament. They also include photos and Snapchat's of the dog, if you're into the social media stuff. When I pick them up, their fur is so soft and they smell great. Not to mention how handsome they look. For the 2025 Christmas season, they took an amazing photo of my dogs that was so cheery, bright and very Christmassy. All my family raved about the photo and said it was the best Christmas photo of them. I highly recommend It's a Pet Thing. The groomers are great, it's easy to make appointments and your fur baby will come back to you looking like a movie star.

Our dog Zero was coming from foster care/rescue and we wanted to start off right with her obedience…read moretraining. We went ever Saturday for an hour at the Millersville location and it was great. We loved our trainer - and I am so sorry I cannot remember her name (she had Yellow hair!). But she was amazing, respectful, and patient with everyone and the dog parents. LOL She was very skittish in the beginning but with confidence and learning and homework we did a lot of great strides to making her feel more comfortable with us training her and being at home. She still will love checking out squirrels but we have been taught on what to do when that happens. We appreciate all you all do, and look forward to checking out more of their classes.
