I brought my dogs in for a BATH--- they called me asking me about their vaccines. (I go somewhere else to get it done since it's cheaper). When I brought my dog in for an infected toe.... they prescribed her some medicine that didn't help. Their suggestion after that was surgery. My dog would have to lose a toe . Our experience from the beginning to end was nothing less than EXCELLENT! We got fast and same day appt, immediately when we walked in, we were greeted with such warm and loving energy; which we all needed because of the shock of the trauma. Even the customers waiting in the lobby were so sweet to our Brady and family! They got us back to see Brady's nurse almost immediately, the nurse was so kind and loving, and once the nurse walked out, Dr. Leigh came right in afterwards to give him the best care. Before we left we got 2 medications for our Brady and the nurse made it so easy for us by cutting up the meds into smaller sizes, then the doctor provided a can of dog food to mix the meds in with, and it worked like a charm! Our top priority was making sure our Brady gets the best care possible but I would be lying if I didn't tell you that I was not worried about the cost of his visit. But Arnold Vet made it affordable to care for our dog and they did not "up charge" us like other vet offices would have. I can't recommend this vet office enough! Receptionist people need better training and need to acknowledge a customer and state " I will be right with you". My appointment was made two weeks ago for vaccinations. I informed them that my dog had had diaharea from eating cat poop but it was normal now. They refused to administer vaccines but said I could come back on Saturday for the vaccines. WHAT DIFFERENCE DID ONE DAY MAKE? I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY SO WHY WOULD THE VET NOT EXAMINE MY DOG TODAY? MAKES NO SENSE!! The rude loud talking woman behind the counter started yelling at me. I have been going tot this vet for 7 years but i will not be returning. You can't treat clientele rudely and if there is an appointment, at least examine the dog that day during the appointment. I HAD A LONG STANDING APPOINTMENT. WHY WOULD THE VET NOT EXAMINE THE DOG? THEY ARE APPARENTLY ARE TOO BUSY TO HONOR AN APPOINTMENT. They apparently have gotten too big for their britches and have forgotten how to be customer oriented and the receptionist staff are rude.

My fuzzy son is terrified of everyone... he gets anxiety just seeing a stranger, let alone having one poke and prod at him. Dr. Jennifer Levitsky gave us an hour for our first visit and took her time getting to know my pooch before she even touched him. By the end of the visit he was more comfortable and probably the least frightened/tense that I've ever seen him at the vet. The office is amazing. It's beautiful and was designed with the client in mind! From the non slip floors to the homey feeling examination rooms (complete with dog beds and toys) it was an awesome environment. Dr. Levitsky not only answered all of my questions and concerns and did it in a way that I felt she was educating me, not lecturing me! I have always hated when vets say "you're doing that wrong" without much information of why. Dr. L answered all my Whys without even having to ask. I really look forward to an on going care relationship with this office, the Dr and staff are just awesome!

I LOVE that it's all women, it makes me feel 100000x more comfortable. They always go above and beyond. At least once or twice my girl has had accidents in the house (those puppy days) and they've cleaned it up! They keep a notebook at your house and you get a note each time - which is really nice to come home knowing she took care of all her business, or even if they noticed something concerning. I've even had one of the owners/managers text me immediately when they've noticed something REALLY concerning. I have a Furbo camera so I sometimes end up seeing them bringing her back into her bedroom, and it's clear they love her just as much as I do, and it's clear Annie loves them. I have sacrificed other things in my budget in order to have them come 4 times a week, and it is completely worth it for the peace of mind I get during the weekday. ADW was recommended to me, and I am SO glad. I don't think I could recommend them enough.

I left a voicemail with my name, information and had little hope that I'd receive a call back at all. Lo and behold, less than an hour later the office called me back and encouraged me to come in, they'd squeeze me in between appointments. I was so grateful that my pupper would be seen! We hurried over and he was taken back, assessed and the vet (Dr. Schmidt) came out to explain his initial thoughts, treatment plan and anticipated costs before proceeding. I was prepared to simply be handed a bill after the visit, so I thought the fact that he provided a detailed estimate was really fantastic. I agreed to all (and was fully expecting to be asked to pay much more than the quote). The front desk staff (Diana, sp?), the vet techs, everyone was as kind and helpful as can be to us. I wish I remembered everyone's name for appropriate kudos. What started as a stressful and scary day ultimately turned into such a wonderful reminder that there are still people, and businesses, who truly will go out of their way for a stranger (or strange dog, ha!). Enter Team Rexitron Kenny and Zoe replied to me within 2 minutes-record time!! So I called Kenny and he gave me a quote over the phone with very little notice. We set up a time to meet and they are a young and sweet couple. Their service was a great value for a full day of hiking and socializing. Our dog needs vigorous exercise and she was exhausted from the hike which is great for her temperament. They also include photos and Snapchat's of the dog, if you're into the social media stuff. Overall, I was very satisfied with the care they gave our dog and their flexibility with schedules, etc. Great work and thank you for your service, Kenny.
