Well im very impressed with A to Z Poop Scoop and with Eric our service person. We had a lot of (dog evidence..lol) in our backyard and he was here almost a full hr. I went back to inspect and he didnt miss anything and im picky. Plus he rook photos of the gate latch proving it was shut. I was so happy i gave a 20.00 tip on top of the bill. If you are consisering this company you wont be disappointed. I look forward to a long relationship with them and the extra time they allowed for me and my family to enjoy with each other. Kyle from Poo Happens is really great. She owns the company and is a veteran. She goes way out of her way to do an amazing job each week. Not only does she scoop the poop, she brings a really long hose to get across the backyard to wash it off when she is done. I highly recommend Kyle and Poo Happens.

They ask many questions about your pet's needs/routines/special quirks & take down notes. As for their comfort level with dogs - astounding! All 4 of our dogs are sweet little reactive nutcases with unique quirks/fears and they all took to Vince & Charish quite easily. They even accepted belly rubs! If anyone is nervous about leaving your pets under the care of someone else - you can put your mind at complete ease with them & actually enjoy your vacation. This is a whole different level than hiring a neighborhood teenager and simply hoping they remember to feed your pet (and even more importantly - to not forget them outside in the yard/allow them to slip out the front door when they leave!) Vince and Charish also send a little daily update with some great pics of your furry babies while you're away. We travel a lot and I wanted to find someone that would treat our dogs as their own and happy to say I found them!! With the meet and greet, I immediately felt comfortable leaving on my trip. My pups are reactive and although they were jumping of excitement to meet them and even one of our dogs feeling a big uneasy at first, they knew the right techniques immediately on how to calm them down and connect with our dogs within a couple of minutes of meeting. They even came twice just to ensure my pups knew who they were once we were gone. They send daily photos and updates, making our trips super relaxed. I was aware of everything with the updates and we got back from our trip to some happy pups. They even throw out the trash and pick up the dog poop so we don't come home to some more work. Checked at 3:00 to see why they hadn't notified me that I could pick up my poddle. At 4:00 I went by to check to see what was happening. I could see my poddle in a cage bitting it with her teeth. Sad part was next day noticed that she was missing a half a dollar size area of hair on her back leg. I been told that she has razor burn. Look it up on goggle. Hair will not grow back. My poddle is a beautiful dog. This was so unprofessional and heart breaking. Had to give 1 star on review in order to post. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

We would not take him anywhere else for a clipping. These employees are knowledgeable of the way to handle your pets. Our little dog feels comfortable in their presets you can tell. He is not shake or shiver while walking into the environment. He is actually like friends with the people who work there now. Professional groomer there is very knowledgeable on how to treat your animal while doing the trimming. I've seen times when they had to come a pet down before trimmig. And handle it very well. Their customer service is very very good. And they will go out of their way to help you get an appointment as soon as possible. I mentioned a review in the past. My wife would not let me take our pet anywhere else. This place is just fantastic.
