I took her home because I couldn't leave her there in that condition. Since then, I've spent over $2,000 on veterinary care trying to treat: * multiple parasites * a possible virus * and severe long-term health complications she will likely never fully recover from This was not a one-time issue. This store keeps their animals in improper conditions with little to no enrichment and poor husbandry practices. I even asked an employee directly about their care standards, and they admitted they keep reptiles on reptile carpet -- something that is widely known in the reptile community to be unsafe due to: * bacteria buildup * risk of nail/toe injury * unsanitary conditions There was no concern, no accountability, and no effort to improve. Please do your research before supporting this business. No animal deserves to suffer due to neglect like this.

She enjoys Khloe's gentle nature and we like how she cares for her. While I was there, I watched several large breeds being trimmed and was surprised how chill they were. Great training was done with these Dogs. Another came in Heavily matted and looked like another dog by the time we left. Based on that, there was absolutely no reason for my dog to be shaved down this drastically. Not only did they take her extremely short, but they went even shorter than expected without calling to confirm or getting approval--which is completely unacceptable. My mom dropped off the dogs for me, and when I saw the result, I honestly felt horrible. This is not just a "short cut"--it's uneven, way too close to the skin, and not at all what was discussed. If a groomer believes they need to go significantly shorter than planned, the bare minimum is to call the owner and explain the situation before proceeding. I paid $100 for this haircut and feel like my dog was butchered. Grooming requires communication, care, and professionalism, and this experience lacked all three. They carry all sorts of items from decor and clothing to yard care to livestock care. The employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful in my experience. They carry live chicks when it's that season and have had some interesting varieties in the past. The parking lot is wide and has a lot of parking spaces but I have experienced it being a little chaotic before. Luckily there is parking off to the side with an additional entrance/exit when the parking in front of the store is busy. They typical carry a 40 lb bag of black oil sunflower seed for a great price (can't find my receipt from the last time I purchased, sorry!!). Unfortunately on my last 2 visits I haven't been able to find it. This past weekend an employee told me they haven't gotten it in for awhile so hopefully I will see it again soon!

I took a puppy home in September last year and within the first month I noticed the dog was very…read moreaggressive and the temperament was not normal. My 8 year old was bit in his face the dog drew blood leaving my son with two scars on his face! I reached out to corporate explaining my concerns, One of my concerns was, the dog is either not a purebred or is inbred, and the temperament for my children was unexpected and not something that was going to be acceptable in my home. The lady offered to work with me either taking the pup back or compensating I explained to her that I would be getting a DNA test on the dog once I received his DNA test. I reached back out and they were unreachable. No one has ever followed back up with me and with his DNA test the dog has IVDD which is a spinal disease that will require surgery that's over $10,000. Still I cannot get a response. Nobody followed up. Nobody returned my messages. I definitely would not recommend buying a dog from this pet Store. They obviously don't do research on their breeders, this shows that their breeders do not have good breeding practices and they're just buying Dogs to resell them.
