Based on that, there was absolutely no reason for my dog to be shaved down this drastically. Not only did they take her extremely short, but they went even shorter than expected without calling to confirm or getting approval--which is completely unacceptable. My mom dropped off the dogs for me, and when I saw the result, I honestly felt horrible. This is not just a "short cut"--it's uneven, way too close to the skin, and not at all what was discussed. If a groomer believes they need to go significantly shorter than planned, the bare minimum is to call the owner and explain the situation before proceeding. I paid $100 for this haircut and feel like my dog was butchered. Grooming requires communication, care, and professionalism, and this experience lacked all three. They carry live chicks when it's that season and have had some interesting varieties in the past. The parking lot is wide and has a lot of parking spaces but I have experienced it being a little chaotic before. Luckily there is parking off to the side with an additional entrance/exit when the parking in front of the store is busy. They typical carry a 40 lb bag of black oil sunflower seed for a great price (can't find my receipt from the last time I purchased, sorry!!). Unfortunately on my last 2 visits I haven't been able to find it. This past weekend an employee told me they haven't gotten it in for awhile so hopefully I will see it again soon!

The bag, made by Argo, is super quality, a discreet design and, looks like a small gym bag. I do a lot of traveling and the bag is also airline approved. Two months into the constant use of the bag, the corner of the bag (where the strap meets the sturdy screen) that stress point began to unravel. The bag is such good quality that I knew it was only a hiccup with my bag. In May, I took the bag back to Shari sharing my concern. Sheri and her husband were both extremely responsive and promised to follow-up with the vendor that Monday. As promised, Shari contacted the vendor, the vendor supported the request to exchange the bag and all arrangements were agreed to within days. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed because I believe the business failed to provide fair and meaningful resolution despite the significant financial and emotional hardship that followed. After purchasing the dog and bringing it home, we learned that it had major medical problems that ultimately led to more than \$8,000 in veterinary expenses. Both our veterinarian and the surgeon advised that the condition was hereditary. Despite receiving this information, Puppies N Love has not, in my view, accepted appropriate responsibility for the costs associated with the dog's condition. Any assistance discussed appears to be limited to store credit rather than meaningful reimbursement for the substantial out-of-pocket expenses we have incurred. I am also concerned about the representations made during the sales process and the company's warranty practices. At the time of purchase, we were given the impression that the dog could potentially be bred or shown, which suggested a certain level of health and suitability. Because of the dog's medical condition, those options are no longer possible. This has caused me to question whether the dog's health background was fully disclosed and whether the information provided at the time of sale was accurate, complete, and responsible. As a result of this condition, our dog now requires two surgeries and may face a diminished quality of life at a very young age. This experience has been emotionally distressing and financially damaging. Through this complaint, I am requesting a fair resolution, including meaningful reimbursement for the veterinary expenses related to the hereditary condition, as well as accountability for the manner in which this sale and its aftermath were handled. I believe consumers deserve transparency, accurate disclosures, and responsible follow-through when serious health issues arise after the purchase of a pet.

I went into The Stock Shop the other day to see if they had a quail block. It wasn't very big inside but it was packed full of merchandise. We did find a quail block and I also purchased a dog toy but while we were in there we checked out their dog food. Not only did they have the brand we buy (along with a zillion other brands) but their price was the same if not better than Amazon. All their prices seemed very reasonable, much better than PetSmart. They also had a wide assortment of over the counter medications which was impressive. I only have dogs so I can't review their horse supplies and prices. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when needing any pet supplies. I'd much rather shop here than at any of those big pet store chains.
