Camping is great on the lake side. We had spectacular spaces facing the lake. Otherwise so so. For the price we paid, I would have expected them to clean up the camp site. Trash in the fire pit and weeds everywhere that should have been manicured. read more

Gotta be the biggest joke and worst place in the world! Good luck with the horrible bed bugs crawling up your leg while you're gambling. Good luck getting home within 2 hours if you take the last boat back. They don't care and you have to wait for all of the staff to finish working. The boat should have left at 1230 but does not leave until after 1am. Also if your gambling after midnight they will just randomly shutoff the machines and even if your in a bonus they announce time to go and no warning! Good luck but I know I'll never ever be back! OMG I was sooooo surprised when I came upon the dock for here. It looked so different from before. We took the boat over here from Lake Havasu. The boat cost $2.00 unless you can find a discounted coupon in one of the newspapers. It leaves every 1/2 from here & every hour from Lake Havasu side. It's approximately a 20 minute ride. Once we got closer we realized that this place was new. Come to find out it wasn't remodeled but a brand new building & down a little way from the old casino. WOW just WOW!!! It's sooooo much nicer now! Doesn't smell like cigarette smoke when you walk inside & they are not allowing any smoking inside there right now due to COVID (per an employee). All the machines look brand new. Casino is still small like their old one but I was sad that they no longer have a bar & restaurant right on the water. That was such an awesome view. Their bar (only one) has a little outside patio that you can sit out @ & smoke outside for those smokers. It closed very early the night we went (11p-12a) & when we tried to order a 2nd drink they directed us to the little store in the wall that sells cigarettes which also has a little bar that you can go up to the window & order your drink(s). It's not a sit down bar. I did see a cocktail waitress on the casino floor saying "drinks, drinks." So that was good. I almost grabbed one from her but had one coming for the bar in the wall from my man. I did gamble a little bit & won like $5.00 so once I was $5.00 ahead I cashed out. This was my first time ever winning when I gamble here. My old casino card worked here too. This is also a hotel too. The hotel lobby is small but really nice along with the hallway down to the elevators for the rooms. I used the bathroom over here which was very nice & clean. I definitely will come back here when I'm back in Havasu. I've always enjoyed taking the boat ride over to here to gamble a little & have a couple drinks. read more

A very pleasant stay with clean rooms, easy parking, friendly service, and all the fun you want within a hop, skip and a jump. Tukukan is a solid restaurant with all the stand byes on their menu including a steak & scallops special that was as good as many a place back home. View of the beautiful blue of the lake all around. The pool and jacuzzi is an intimate set up where you can take in the evening stars and lights across the way after a day in the boat. The ferry is located right outside that gets you across the lake to London Bridge in 20 minutes flat. Boat, jet ski and SUP rentals next door if you didn't haul your own fun along. The bar is lively with a nice outdoor patio to enjoy the fresh air and moon glistening off the lake. Already planning my next trip back. read more

Resort and rooms were Very nice and clean. I was concerned about Bringing my kids to Havasu but Location was perfect for a family Visiting Havasu. It is on the "quiet " side so great if you have a family and don't want them seeing a bunch of drunk people and butt cheeks. But in the event you the adult want to go see the more adult side then you can take the ferry to the wild side. We rented a pontoon boat for the weekend and it was easy boat parking and dock was very close To hotel. They also have campgrounds and RV parking near hotel. I highly recommend this hotel very nice and clean family atmosphere. read more

This review is for the NEW Havasu Landing Resort & Casino. I really wanted to be excited BUT- here we go.... there are so many things they needed to have in place BEFORE they opened this place, because it has a lot of potential. But now people have formed opinions on what they've experienced today at the opening. So let me say first of all it is WAY better then the old Havasu Landing but if they want people to frequent this place they NEED TO listen to what the customers are saying it is lacking- The tables were not ready for play -so at the soft opening they sat closed! There is a shortage of servers at the restaurant AND there is only one place to get food other then a vending machine!!! The food in the restaurant in my opinion was descent but I heard a lot of complaints from other people who did not like what they ordered or after an hour of waiting just got up and left. The bathrooms are too small to accommodate the crowds. And there is no seating at all outside as you wait for the ferry. This bothered me the most because so many seniors will be the ones utilizing this the most and many of them can't stand long. So there are pro's and con's. I will definitely be back since this was the soft opening- I am sure the wrinkles just need to be ironed out. read more

Stayed at the hotel over the weekend. I give one star rather than none only because it is new and everything appears to be clean. (And YELP does not allow zero stars). We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night and the food was less than desirable. It was awful. DO NOT order the Frito Pie...you'd be better off bringing a bag of Frito's with you and throwing them on a plate. The staff was friendly but service was slow. As for the room...seems like a normal standard King. For the price, I would think they would have better upgrades. We were EXTREMELY upset when (after the first night) there was some sort of stain on the bed (see pictures) the darker one was from the first night...I called and told them to have housekeeping change everything out...which they did. I think it was blood of some sort. When we came back to our room that night, I checked the sheets and all looked good. Then the second morning ANOTHER stain...same spot. (the lighter one pictured) it apparently is in the mattress and every time weight was put on that spot...the stain would come through...EWWWW! Totally unacceptable and EXTREMELY disgusting. Not sure if something was dead in the mattress or not. You would think with COVID and the strict policies, they would have offered us another room, but nothing was offered to us. I could have asked for another room, but it is their job to be proactive with something like this. I will not be staying there again. read more

We tried out the casino and restaurant before the new place opened. The restaurant was nothing special. The food on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 4 The docks and casino were awesome. We would have just taken my boat over but for $2. Round trip on the ferry. You can't beat that. The ferry was very clean and nice to sit back and enjoy the ride. I will be going back. I have actually witnessed extremely unprofessional behavior to another guest . A younger male named jalen L. Yelling at a younger male and female to close out a machine and physically shoving the male to the cash out. The male expressed he had 3 dollars in tbr machine and it was at least 25 minutes before closing . I have gambled all through the United States and never seen an employee touch another's machine , especially so far before closing . While the facility and view is beautiful, the majority of staff are less than pleasant. We were told we didn't need to wear masks while eating or drinking, so at the bar we had our masks off. We were later scolded by some random security guards who later tried to lock us out on the patio instead of letting us know they were closing up. Then they have another employee walking around talking your temperature without warning despite having it taken at check in. Super awkward and uncomfortable. Not happy to be treated so poorly as a paying customer. The management should be ashamed. read more

Gave this place 3 stars because the price of the room was good. Doesn't break the bank to stay there. Very basic rooms. Staff seemed pretty confused on how to handle this whole Covid thing. Restaurants struggle was real. Problem for us was the marina. We paid $45 a day to keep the boat there. There was so much seaweed in their marina that we literally had to stop the boat multiple times and pull seaweed out so we can drive to our spot in the marina. The trailer got covered in it. Without customers there is no business, without the business there are no jobs. I wouldn't be surprised if this place shuts down soon!! I was super excited to go to the new casino....but, not only were 1/2 the games not working and there is not enough keno. There is no where to sit while waiting for the ferry and they games were forcing hand pays even on $.32. The bar was too big and after standing there trying to get a drink for 30 mins we gave up. They have had more than enough time to make sure everything was in working order before opening. I used to love it there but since they have decided to keep their hours and CLOSE at night unlike any typical casino, I will not be spending my time there like I used too. Just a heads up, the hotel is an hour & 15 minute drive from Havasu City, AZ (as it's on the CA side) but there's a $2 round trip water taxi for the casino attached to the hotel that takes 20 minutes & runs from about 6AM to midnight. Had 1 minor issue but Dee at the front desk & the manager, Mike, were more than accommodating. Very nice, new & clean hotel. Had the spicy chicken sandwich at the hotel restaurant which was good & the fries were outstanding. The attached casino was small but nice with a nice indoor/outdoor bar. If I could give the restaurant in the casino 0 stars I would. Terrible service. The place was empty yet we were seated right by the door to the kitchen and cleaning room. Employees were loud, cursing, complaining about people who were seated outside, and overall extremely unprofessional. Our server who's name was Gloria asked if we were ready we said yes & asked a question then she answered it and walked away. Then continues to wonder around, goes into the kitchen, then decides to come back to take our order. Was very rude when we asked simple questions (I.e "is there mayo on this sandwich?" This review will be based on my experience with renting a slot at their boat parking. I have been coming here for years, leaving my boat at the old Havasu Landing Casino which has a ferry pick you up directly from the location and dropping you off near the London Bridge. When I rented a slot this year I was not told that the ferry no longer picks you up from the old location. Instead, you are forced to walk one mile from the old location, where my parking spot is, to the new location, where the ferry picks you up. When I talked to the resort they told me that there's nothing they can do. I find this absolutely ridiculous that they do not warn you about this, and that they did nothing to help us. read more

I was looking forward to the opening of this casino as I have a permanent trailer close to it, however it is was a disappointment. After waiting for 10 minutes to be noticed we, were seated in an outside area for breakfast. The ledge next the table had bird crap and cigarette butts on it. The tables had dried food on them, they were likely not cleaned well from the night before. The waitress could not seem to remember the basic items needed for breakfast and we had to wait (too long) to add it to our meal. The food was ok with smaller portions. There were new and old slot machines with many of them out of order/not working. The design and decor was on the cheap side and it will likely look worn soon. It seems like a bigger version of the old casino, utilizing the same staff/management. They need to step up their game by keeping it cleaner, make sure all machines are working, and have organized/well trained waitresses. read more

I counted nine machines that were either broken already, or simply not up yet! Also, who ever made the horrible decision to cancel Chaz on Thursday's is a complete idiot!
