I pointed out to Carlos that this was dirt and that I know it will come up and to make sure he gets this area clean. The dirt areas showed up the next day. I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. I hope they will use this information to improve their cleaning service And to be more understanding to their customers.

Ken is a GREAT guy and does fantastic work…read more He came to my home in the evening (to accommodate my schedule) and did 4 rooms for a price that was well less than most other quotes. I'm usually leery of going with the "cheap" quote but Ken was so nice on the phone that I felt good about the choice. He worked non stop for 2.5 hours and stuck with his original quote. He was able to improve a couple of high traffic, extra dirty areas and explained what he was doing in each special area. I will definitely use his services again and I heartily recommend him for your carpet cleaning needs.
