No such luck, when the engine died just outside Windsor, we were able to glide off the 401 to a field. This is 9 pm Saturday night of a long weekend. We lucked out and called First Response Towing. The phone was answered quickly for a long weekend. Gabriel was kind and very helpful. He was able to send a flatbed out to retrieve the car that night, store it in his facility overnight, then pick us 2 up in the morning so we could get ourselves and the car to London the next day. Everything he said was going to happen , did so. The car was safe and properly loaded and secured. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable, picked us up in the morning in Windsor and delivered us and the car to London easily the next day. It was a relief to have it all done professionally, and reasonably priced considering the current extremes in fuel prices, long weekend after 9, and taking us to London. I had the absolute worse experience with this company and will NEVER call them or recommend them to…read moreanyone. After being told a tow truck would arrive within 20 - 30 minutes, an hour later the tow truck arrived and immediately the driver refused to tow my van because the broken undercarriage would "scratch his flatbed". The driver told me I should have called Myers towing because "they would have been here in minutes" and "they can tow that". He offered nothing else but "Good luck" and left us with a broken-down van in the rain. And in the end, he was right, Myers towing was there in minutes and got my van on his flatbed without issue; no special equipment was needed. The driver for Myers even knew the exact person who refused to help me by name and told me many stories of how that driver has refused to help others leaving them on the side of the road. Just disgusting how Prime Time Towing left myself and elderly father with no help. Shameful of you to employee someone like that and continue to allow that behaviour from him under your company's name. Avoid this company at all cost!

I found this service by doing a Yelp search…read more I was stranded on a Saturday. My call was answered immediately and the dispatcher sent someone to meet me. I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. Perhaps the tow company merely tows and doesn't offer suggestions. Turns out that all I needed was a battery.

Kevin said lets give this some time since the car has been sitting . After the car started Kevin shared valuable advise on dealing with my 12 year old car as it was shaking at 1st.
