He tried to bargain with me and told me if I didn't need a receipt he would knock $10 off my bill. I felt really uncomfortable about it. I almost said forget it. I used City Towing back in March and that guy was awesome. I didn't feel hustled or uncomfortable with him in any way. That is the sole reason for giving 3 stars instead of one. They kept in touch and showed up on time . Kevin who I believe is the manger came out himself as he had promised a 45 minute wait and they kept their promise. Kevin said lets give this some time since the car has been sitting . After the car started Kevin shared valuable advise on dealing with my 12 year old car as it was shaking at 1st. I am so lucky that Kevin came right out took care of ny car and offered valuable advice . I hope not to need a Tow Truck or a jump anytime soon , but if I do , I would absolutely call Close Towing and I would ask for Kevin . The damage wasn't 9k worth on the car. The wheel driver side was just messed up and I couldn't drive it. I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. Perhaps the tow company merely tows and doesn't offer suggestions. Turns out that all I needed was a battery.
