Pharmacist is very attentive and working to get all my medication transferred to Florida

Today I've decided to cancel my membership and return back to Costco's membership. Gas. The gas pumps did not work when you need them to work. I have written to Walmart and they have failed to address this. I have seen other people have problems with the fuel pumps at this location too. At Costco, the fuel pumps work all the time every time. Today Costco fuel is $2.73. And second online it shows the product is available at the store when you go into the store the product is nowhere to be found. read more

My rating is based on my experiences and expectations from Sam's Club. This, this Sam's Club gets a 1 star or an F. Mostly because the employees, especially the managers are so rude. They have a bad attitude that yells out clearly "I don't care". The store is dirty, the bathrooms are always a stinky dirty mess. I would much prefer to drive to Costco 15 minutes than come to this store. And I usually love Sam's Club and have been a member for more than 25 years. But this store, needs a major overhaul of management. read more

I used the auto service and DJ was the guy who helped me. He was the only guy there as it was just at opening and there was a small line, but he didn't show any stress he was professional and worked through the line quickly. When it came to my need, he went out to the vehicle with me and made sure he understood the issue. He quickly identified the issue and go me set up and on my way within an hour. Fast and friendly service! While I hope I don't have to, I'd come back to this location any day! read more

I realize it's the holidays. Ordered curbside at 9:20 a.m. for pickup between 4 and 5 p.m. Got here at 4:10. As of 5:05 order is still not in progress (I have screenshots) No one answering phone. Went inside. No one in line at the desk, why couldn't she answer the phone? She radioed and sent me to the pickup inside station. ONE GIRL working because "someone called out" No one can help her??? Large shopping center with large quantities of things to buy. I got a good deal with my Amex that helped me saved money off the membership fee. I'm usually not into buying the oversized portions of food and whatnot but with that good of a deal - I will. This store was nice and clean. Didn't get to check everything out as I came in few minutes before closing. Purchased cereal, snacks and apple juice for this kiddies. We will meet again. read more

Used the Hearing Center for a relative to get hearing checked and new hearing aids. The store was clean but like all warehouse-type stores, it was very noisy. Parking and access for their mobilized carts was very easy. read more

I've been a Costco member for years but switched to Sam's when I moved as there isn't a Costco nearby. This place sucks!!!!!! The staff are the equivalent of Walmart, although it shouldn't be a real surprise You stand in line, they scan your items and they scan everything again when you walk out the door! Went to Sam's specifically to get ice cream at the food court. Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told when I got to the front... We are out of ice cream. Really!!! Maybe have a sign where you line up that says sorry out of ice cream don't waste your time in line. Tire installation service employees are a joke, came in for 1 tire that had a screw. The tire could not be patched (I knew that). So we puchased the tire and about 20 min later is was done. Wife purchased a product with our company subscription and I left work early to pick it up. Same address, same last name, able to call and verify with my wife who I am, ably to show I'm the primary card holder. Guess what? Sams Club can't gather enough brain cells to figure it out and verify. I am addicted to Sam's! Great meat and produce. I stop every weekend to pick up the basics. One-stop value! They recently came out with a thin crust take and bake pizza that is wonderful. Purchased a membership using an offer of Join for $45, get $45 off your first purchase on 06/06/2020. On 06/21/2020 I went to my local Sam's Club in Bradenton, FL to pick up my card and use my new membership. I asked the associate about the $45 and was told it would be on the card at checkout. After shopping the total was $106.64 with NO discount applied. Another trip to the service desk resulted in a supervisor telling me it takes up to 30 days for the discount to show up on my card. When asked about the promotion that stated it was to be "Off your first purchase" I was told I would just have to come back after 30 days and make a second purchase. I then called customer service and cancelled my membership. read more

I love Sam's Club! When we lived in SW Michigan I shopped there all the time. I saved a lot of money and enjoyed it. We moved away 17 years ago to an area that had only BJ's. For awhile we didn't join, then we did. It was ok... not like Sam's, at all... and it was quite far from us so we went maybe once every month or two and finally gave up and canceled membership. We moved to Bradenton over 2 years ago but with the kids grown we figured we'd skip member clubs. We went to Sam's today - just joined to try again and we're soooooo glad we did!! I really missed their store and it's just as good as I remember! Great prices, shelves are full, very clean, friendly staff, good food and deals!! Very happy we tried again! read more

This is place is the worst ever. They are Nazis. I came in 30 minutes before 10am and they were hounding me about having their blue card to get in. I spend money here every week. The place was empty. I'm not asking for a discount, yet they want to upgrade me (charge me more money) just to come earlier. I don't care about what discounts you provide someone with a blue card or your cash back. A yearly fee is already paid for. You should honor any member access, especially ones with the green sams card that does not get discounts. Poor business decision. Maybe someone in their corporate office needs a lesson in customer service. read more

This Sam's Club location is clean, organized, and surprisingly not as busy as I had expected. I shop at night right after work but I'm glad I didn't have to wait long to checkout. Because the food items are organized and fully stocked, I didn't have the need to call an associate or give up on reaching an item that's place too up high. It was a short trip but I'm glad I had a positive experience here. read more

Well, they kind of suck. The redesign of the store is awful and they don't do a good job of restocking expired or end of life products. We came home e with three gallons of milk and all the expiration dates were for 2 days out. NOT OKAY! Please keep member services stocked with people during busy hours. I waited in line at 11:45 with 9 other people in line and only 2 customer service reps. And all I was doing was picking up my purchase. Uuggghh. I've shopped Sam's club for years but despite all the renovation they have done little to change mentality of workers in Bradenton. When asking clerk question-answered "this is a warehouse club" therefore no service. Went to buy hotdog and asked for onions and she said Not today-when asked why The reply not on Saturday. Yesterday went to get hot dog and they said at lunchtime none for 30minutes and no sausage but could get slice of pizza--it's poor planning and poor customer service. This has not been my experience at any other Sam's Club-I look forward to Costco moving into Bradenton which offers service as well as warehouse prices read more

This review is only for the tire department... it's horrible. Every time I need anything from the tire department there isn't anyone at the desk. I wanted to buy tires a couple times and I just walked away because nobody was there. I needed a tire plug a couple times but the machine was out of service. The tire department at this club is a joke and I recommend going somewhere else anytime you need anything done with your tires. read more

This is the worst Sam's Club I have ever been in. Customer Service is non-existing, checkers are rude. Waited for assistance in a self-check for over 18 minutes, tried to get attention of employees and they would just walk by. Tried calling the store and phone rang for 6 mins. gave up and hung up. Spouse went to membership counter and finally got someone to radio for assistance, she came over punched in a code and walked away without even speaking. Total time to check out with no waiting in line was 22 minutes. Unfortunately this is the only location near me, spouse prefers Costco, I don't but may be switching. Beware!! read more

UPDATE Dec 19: After 22 days from placing an order, I was able to travel 60 miles to the Pilot Freight company and pick up my TV. Also, Samsclub issued a $200 gift card to ease the pain. read more
